My original speculation in week 1 was Matty for F1, Lee as F2 and Jake as F3 - and I am sticking with this.

Aside from my gut feel that is not straying away from Matty being F1, this is why:
- I was thinking that if we judge by the F3 dates, the first date should be F1 (which was Lee), but then this season has changed the constant - the F1 music is different, the videos on Tenplay feature Jake and Cameron more than anyone, but they're both not F1, the suits of the F3 guys though exactly the same as last season's F3, were called out in a different order (Sash was wearing the red suit and he was called first, and turned out to be F1)
- Matty was hidden a lot at the start of the season and he gradually became closer to Georgia
- His voiceover in the season preview at the start of episode 1 is still the strongest one
- In terms of who Georgia is already in love with, I can see it with Matty a lot more than with Lee (just MHO). this is not to say that Lee is not amazing - he really is. To me she has grown and developed her feelings for Matty much quicker than it has for Lee, and it sort of "crept up" on Georgia because Matty was not the obvious one from the start.
- I'm still backing Lee as the obvious choice for Georgia, which makes him F2, because producers are trying to shock everyone (the same way they made Nikki really obvious and then she turned out to be F2).
- Georgia's comments about the man she chose all point to someone whom she did not think of at the start, and between Lee and Matty, the only person who fits this description is Matty. Lee and Georgia hit it off at the beginning and she was already eyeing him then, but she certainly didn't with Matty.

Lee is an incredible guy. But my gut keeps repeating that it is Matty and that it has been from the start even though it was not obvious at all in the first few episodes. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I know you'll understand me when I say this.

I'm right there with you [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] there are too many things pointing for me as Matty for F1 IMO at I will go through them once it's all over.

I am so convinced that Lee if F1. His interview talking about her rapping to Eminem seem like something that may could have happened on SHV. He know so many things about her Matty doesnt seem to and I think that was all learned after filming.

Even the new videos she talked about Lee making her week in the kneees, being the guy she always wanted to find are very personal. What she said about Matty could have been said about Jake and it would fit. Even the last line about cant imagine not having him in my life sounded ambigous. In your life as what? A friend, partner, someone you care about but not in love with?

That jacuzzi scene you guys. That was intimate and intense, not awkward, IMO. She didn't look uncomfortable hearing that Matty was falling for her (and not only that, he actually said he knows they'll end up together). I think she looked like she was trying hard to stifle a huge smile and choosing her words carefully so she doesn't verbally return the sentiment and ruin the show. The passion of the kiss that followed....unless she's a bit heartless and most interested in it being a good episode rather than acting in a way that doesn't increase the heartbreak when she eventually has to tell him he's not the one....hmm, it didn't seem like someone who didn't feel it all right back IMO.

I like Lee very much (because I don't think it's human not to) - he's all kinds of big hearted, funny and hot as heck, and I wouldn't be mad if he was F1 but I would be confused based on what I've seen. I see more depth of feeling and connection with G & M. I think tptb have done a great job over the last few episodes (particularly last ep) keeping suspense and interest up, heading to the finale. With a 'Matty F1 for sure!' cry following the HTD, many people aren't sure anymore - everyone's head and heart are doing battle. Well played tptb! There's plenty to say F1 or F2 for either of these great guys - they've presented us with alot of stuff that's open to interpretation.

But I still say there's way more to say Matty is F1. All IMO of course. Is it finale o'clock yet? giggling

IMO, its Lee, much as it pains me to conclude this.

Having just visited Singapore in July, the media there was buzzing about redundancies in Sentosa resorts. Sentosa and Mt Faber are perceived locally with a lot less prestige compared to the world's most expensive casino and resort development which is Marina Bay Sands.

So I asked myself, if I am creating memorable moments with my beloved, given a choice between the new and fashionable Marina Bay Sands precinct plus iconic Raffles Hotel and cliched Bell of Happiness, old old tourist non-attraction of cable cars and Sentosa ....

Joining the dots IMHO means Lee is the chosen one.

One item going forward in sleuthing is to not get caught up in the seasons promo. I've learned the hard way on the us show where the contestant seen the most and heard the most overall is not the f1.
In fact In a couple of seasons, the f1 isn't even shown clearly n the promo on the FDS and lcds. maybe they show him/her from a distance (JP walking on a beach) , (nicki on jaun Ps seaso on a horse)or with their faces hidden (Chres) or just some body part. ( Vienna ) or often, not at all ( Emily on brads).

That's something that holds true most of the time IMO.

The person you tend to fall for when watching the season preview IMO is not the f1. You see them lovey dovey with the lead and typically a lot of them is shown in beautiful LCD and FD type settings.

Examples of this are (for me at least) Jason, Chris L, Drew, kiptyn etc.

It was the season promo which sucked me iin on ep1 for these guys and I left those season broken hearted with the f2. It's mind conditioning what that promo does.

Jmo and something I have learned in more recent seasons, since Brad 2.0 definitely. I have therefore been able to better sleuth the f1 by putting the person that has crept into my consciousness via the programming apart from sleuthing.
I have correctly called Emily, Nicky, Jordan and Shawn without and in spite of spoilers out.

What I learned from this season is to watch SM but not the interviews out out since those are designed to mislead.
