Thanks JBF!!!
Because of Ozzy not making final 3? The dude will win $100,000 as the Fan Favorite. Oh, he is WAY up there in popularity. As for those supposedly making final 3: all were roasted to a crisp in the last episode. Well, Sophie was only lightly burned.

Re: Survivor - South Pacific - Discussion - Spoilers
The scoreboard and recap are up -
My thoughts on last night. So it was pretty much the Albert show...so what is the theme....is Albert being showcased for his bold strategy to set him up as the winner...or is he being set up to show why he doesn't win (because he was caught in too many lies and his strategy was flawed?) ...or was he there to introduce us to how dangerous Sophie has been this season by being so educated, smart, strategic and able to win challenges. Is Coach being steered to the end by divine intervention...God must be awfully conflicted to have to manouver around all the variety of prayers asking for his help. Does it mean God will have the final choice in who wins?
For a guy that was conspicuously absent all season, Rick came on like gang busters in the challenge and in outing Albert as a major behind your back liar and strategist last night. This must be his one big shot of leaving his mark on this season.
Ozzy might want to consider becoming a priest. Seems he is the go to man for everyone to confess their sins and errors to as they pass their way through Ozzy Island on their way to the jury. He kindly feeds them and absolves them of their sins and sends them on their way.
My personal preference for the win is Sophie. I always enjoy when a strong, smart female gets the best of the boys. I think she deserves it as she actively worked her brains and brawn throught the season and didn't just coast by on a man's coattails by using her feminine whiles. So Sophie I will be pulling for you girl. Go get it.

Bummed about ozzy too. Although the final would have been boring with all his tribe mates on the jury it would have been anticlimatic. Guess I will be rooting for sophie. Think coach did have it right that albert just absent that she is smarter than him.

Ha ha! She is FOAMING in the mouth and gung-ho about throwing him under the bus in front of the jury...
I have to confess I have never warmed up to her like I have to others, like Dawn and even Whitney. I really, really WANTED to like her, but she is always criticizing others. Maybe they are just editing her grumpier moments... I don't know.
Hey... if this gets her a million dollars, more power to her! As long as you got the money, baby, others can kiss your ____.

Re: Survivor - South Pacific - Discussion - Spoilers
OK. Maxx Fisher has the second part of his spoiler up. He gives his OPINION of who MAY be the winner... Sophie.
http://www.tvfunspot.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13878
He claims Albert is shown up as a "weasel" but may still get votes, while Coach is roasted.
Now, the edit of this show is bizarre, since we have seen very little actual interaction between Sophie and the jury members, so I am going to still say this is up in the air. The only ones ruthlessly criticizing Albert are Sophie and Coach, so it all depends on how successful they are in throwing him under the bus and the jury accepts their opinions... and throw him under the bus they do... with a passion.
This may be like Sandra's second win, when she chewed out Russell and the jury bought it.
After reading many of Sophie's very nasty comments online and her acidic tone in the confessionals, it would now be obvious why she has been so "under the radar" this season. There was some difficulty making her very likable, not that Survivor winners usually are and some fans like her for being the way she is. It is all about personality.
I will probably NOT watch next season. I am pretty tired of Jeff Probst and his attitude. I am also not a fan of the way they edit this show, making it hard for you to root for anybody. Most of the past winners I have little interest in post-show, except maybe Boston Rob to a small degree or Ethan.

Whitney is adorable. Dawn looks really good....I liked her too. I would have been rooting for her if she was in the F3.

Stephen Fishbach Sizes Up Survivor: South Pacific Finale
http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20554787,00.html
Update Sunday December 18, 2011 12:05 PM EST Originally posted Sunday December 18, 2011 11:00 AM EST
On Sunday, Survivor: South Pacific comes to its conclusion. The season's been full of blindsides, big characters and some of the strangest strategic moves in recent memory (Ozzy asking to get voted out! Brandon handing over his immunity! Everything Cochran ever did!) Now there are six players left, three of whom will face the jury.
The phrase "bitter jury" is redundant. All Survivor juries are bitter. They've seen their hopes for a million dollars and reality TV stardom crushed by the three people sitting before them.
The question is – what are they bitter about? Juries all make their decisions on different criteria. JT, the winner of Tocantins, once said to me, "You have to make the jury feel good about voting for you."
Sometimes, they can be unduly swayed by each other. There were rumors that Jane poisoned the Nicaragua players against Sash, and you can see how the Samoa jury festered in its anti-Russell bitterness at Ponderosa. If there's one flaw in the perfectly constructed game of Survivor, it’s that the jurors talk to each other.
Of course, it all can change in a final tribal speech – or if you're sitting next to people even more hated than you are. How do the six remaining contestants stack up?
Coach: There's no way Coach doesn't make the final three. Nobody's made a move against him all season, and he can play his idol at the next tribal council. Coach may have hurt some Upolans feelings, but Savaii should appreciate his gamesmanship. He needs to pull out a mea culpa like Boston Rob's last season or Todd's in China.
Albert: Albert got lucky this week that Brandon's crazy. But he still has two more tribal councils to go before the final 3. If Albert does make the finals, will his jury management strategy of pretending to be everybody's friend work? Hint: that strategy never works.
Sophie: Sophie is the season's dark horse. For 35 days she's clung to the shadows and clearly ingratiated herself to Coach as his wing-woman. As Albert said, she's quietly amassed a Survivor resume of challenge wins and smart moves. She hasn't pulled any dazzling betrayals – but that means she doesn't have any enemies.
Rick: On paper, Rick actually seems like he could win. He's the guy Brandon gave pizza to when he was thinking with his heart, not his head. Could a jury give Rick the biggest pizza of all? No, obviously not. If Rick had won, we'd have seen more from him this season than "he snores" and "dumb move."
Ozzy: If Ozzy can make it to the finals, he wins. Not only does he have a jury of bitter Savaiians just waiting to vote for him but, as Sophie said, he's fed and comforted every juror in his "pleasure dome." Of course, if he does get back into the game, he still has to win two straight immunity challenges to avoid getting voted out. But when only a studio G like Albert stands in his way, that may not be so hard.
Brandon: Who would have imagined that Brandon was a jury threat? It just goes to show you that there's only so many hours in a TV show – especially when half of every episode needs to be spent on "Coa-chi" and Cochran. If Brandon beats Ozzy and comes back into the game, a Hantz could finally win Survivor.
We'll know tonight!

Re: Survivor - South Pacific - Discussion - Spoilers
Right now, if you google "survivor spoilers", you will probably see Sophie come up in many sites. Those Maxx Fisher spoilers from two days ago get around, like Reality Steve's. He stated "probably" and "based on opinions" but not "with certainty". Currently, the Survivor Sucks forum is all prepared to see her win... BUT...
CBS/Burnett really clamped down hard on all leaks this season, so any spoiler has the possibility of false information.
