JBF, you impress me with all these Survivor posts. I can't keep up with you.
Cochran has been beat up on twitter...poor guy. Why is Sophie still so rude to him? He had me a little teary with his exit. I love seeing true fans like him play the game. I can see them bringing him back for another season.
I watched all of 7 seconds of the Coach video. Can't put myself through that.
What do these Maxx Fisher spoilers say for this week? Where do you get them from?

I think Sophie is just being sarcastic with Cochran on twitter. Her potty-mouth may not be mean, just gruff. I doubt she "hates" him as much as she did on the show... AND she did admit to being in a bad mood (female trouble) during that episode he was booted. Both were photographed in a group of Survivor contestants from past seasons... can't find that photo at this moment, but they didn't look like they were at war with each other.

By the same token, their smiles did look a bit "forced" too... ha ha!

As for those Ponderosa videos over on cbs.com... OUCH! Even Dawn isn't too friendly to Cochran when he arrives after boot-time. The scenes of Cochran sitting at the end of the table as the others keep their distance are pretty wicked. Yet, this was back in July (both Dawn and Whitney have birthdays around that time I guess... actually Dawn had hers when they were still in the game I think).

Cochran is quite sociable, twitter-wise and at least one post-show meeting, with Albert. As a result, I strongly suspect he voted for him IF... and only IF... he made it to final 3. Also, when Albert was criticized in a Q & A interview done with Cochran this week, he was defensive of him... to me a potential "sign".

There is another clue from Dawn's post-show interview, done after she watched episode #12 that is very pro-Albert. (She indirectly used one of his quotes when discussing how she voted.) This makes me STRONGLY suspect that he made final 3 and received votes from Cochran and Dawn at least.

Add to this the fact that Ozzy chose Albert first for a family visit (episode #13), when Jeff FIRST told him to chose just ONE person. To the casual viewer watching, the focus is on Coach's secret talk with Ozzy about a possible final 3 position for both, but this is a trick to fool viewers. (Coach made fun of Ozzy in the recap show, saying he is as stupid as a beach bum. The editors would not have included that if either supported the other, either in the game or casting a vote at final tribal.) In short, if Albert makes it and Ozzy doesn't, he will be voting for Albert as well.

I strongly suspect that Rick may have made final 3 also, despite the fact that the entire Survivor Sucks and other forums have decided he is destined to go before then and Sophie is the clear-cut winner this season. For me, there are some curious clues in the editing, as well as a startling outtake video of Edna praising Rick's work ethic. Why discuss Rick in such detail? My guess is that Edna voted for Rick and CBS has given us the reason why, considering how little we see him on screen.

Since hardly anybody has discussed Sophie on screen unless she is with somebody else and Sophie is doing most of the discussing of others, I am beginning to suspect that everybody's confidence that she makes final three may prove false... :shock:

I don't see Sophie as definite final 3. If I had to guess the final 3, I would say Coach, Ozzy, and Brandon. I don't spend much time analyzing stuff, so I'm just taking it from the editing I see each week. Those are the 3 I feel like I "know". If one of those three doesn't make it, then replace them with Albert or Sophie. Rick is the only one I would bet doesn't make the final 3. They always have some sort of storyline with each of the final 3 and Rick is basically not even on the show. :laughingoutlou
It amazes me that they have haven't smartened up and voted out Coach. He is someone who is obviously running the show, and they are handing over the money to him.

Remember that shot of Ozzy kicking the wall after Savaii lost the "Jack & Jill" blindfold challenge?

Now imagine Jeff Probst doing the same when his beloved Coach gets chewed alive at the final tribal. Then picture him bringing his own scissors to the editing room to make damn sure his boy is THE STAR OF THE SHOW!

I will be rolling off my seat if Rick wins this thing. I still have a funny feeling he makes final 3 but just Edna and maybe one other votes for him. Haha!

Probably NOBODY voted for Coach and everybody but Edna voted for the lucky third person. Right now, I just don't see that being Sophie, although I do like her a lot. It is just that hardly anybody, including Savaii members, are even discussing her on screen... or giving any reason why they would vote for her. Maybe Ozzy does manage to get in... only there are some problems with his edit that make me think he doesn't make final 3. Who knows?

That's why I think it is Albert. It all makes perfect sense. All season long we are being promised that Al will make "This Great Move" that he never does because Sophie or Coach stops him. Couldn't save Cochran. Couldn't save Dawn when he suggested she was more deserving to stay than Edna. Couldn't save Jim when he initially suggested Dawn. Even thought about voting Brandon over Edna to please Edna, but Sophie and Coach stopped him once again... and Coach was the one talking "loyalty and honor" to her!!! You can tell Al's heart wasn't in this after his beloved Mikayla was booted against his will. Failure! Failure! Failure! Half of the recaps show have him dropping stuff in challenges with loud "Damn Its!" I still chuckle over how fast Jeff talks to Albert the moment Brandon said "It is not how you start, it is how you finish." as if that line applied to him personally. Equally funny is how everybody on the messageboards have dubbed him a total loser with a capital "L". You should read the comments!

... and while Al keeps losing and failing to make a move, Coach gets more and more delusional like Napoleon. I wonder if straight jackets are standing by to collect him! Nobody on the jury can even look at him! Jim is especially funny in his facial reactions to Coach's "sermons on the mount".

Then... in the final hour around at roughly 9PM EST on December 18th's finale show... wham!!!

Little Al will finally do something right for a change and ALL OF AMERICA will drop their jaws in shock.

Ozzy beats Edna. Then Brandon wins immunity but gives it to Albert (?!) after an emotional breakdown at tribal and allows himself to go to Redemption! Either in Wednesday's episode or in Sunday's finale, Ozzy beats Brandon.

I guess I shouldn't have spoiled this... just have you read it all yourselves. Yet, it sounds so over the top, you know you will watch anyway.

Who does that leave when Ozzy returns? Coach, Sophie, Albert, Rick & Ozzy.
Ozzy will have to win immunity to stay in the game. I really hope Rick or Sophie don't win this.

Is there a spoiler out there about who wins this season? It doesn't have to be 100% confirmed. I am just curious. Thanks.

All spoilers are contradicting each other. Burnett/CBS had an ugly law suit against leaks two seasons ago and are clamping down tight. Maxx Fisher is the Reality Steve here, but he is avoiding legal action because each spoiler is just for the next episode, not finale. His sarcastic "bros before hos" that some thought was offensive is also a hinting a possible all male final 3, although the majority on the Survivor Sucks forum believe Sophie is the winner.

Then again... Jeff Probst stated earlier this year that he and the editors do read that forum.

The Evidence So Far... take it any way you want...

Jeff stated on tout that he does not know who wins, but has an idea based on what happens at final tribal. I'm guessing that the editors know since the contestants often talk to the camera before casting their votes.

Episode #1: Jeff's quote "you cannot be voted out" is spoken over Rick and Albert... if it means anything.

Episode #12: Jeff's "I'll bring in the jury" is spoken over a shot of Albert wearing his immunity necklace... if it means anything. This was not done in episodes #10 (when Sophie had immunity) and #13 (when Coach had it).

cbs.com has an outtake of Edna (who will probably NOT make final 3) praising Rick's worth ethic. She is critical of everybody else. (Well, she doesn't talk about Sophie at all.) Bottom line: if Rick makes final 3, he will get her vote.

Sophie has made some friends post show, but we rarely hear her discussed ON SCREEN unless she is with Albert or Coach. In contrast, most of the current jury members on screen have discussed Brandon, Coach, Ozzy and Albert. Coach chewed out Ozzy as stupid as a beach bum in the recap show #11, so it is unlikely either votes for the other at final tribal. The comments by many on screen about Coach are hardly complimentary (leader of a cult, think he's Jesus, head of a snake, etc.), but Ozzy has not criticize him yet. All he stated on screen, back in episode #5, was "If Coach is smart, he’ll vote Albert out soon." (Those lines got Elyse booted, but could they be foreshadowing?)

In Dawn's exit interview done the day after episode #12 was broadcast (and she discusses what she saw on screen), she either was fooling people or she had an unintended "Freudian slip". She stated that her vote was for the one who best outplay, outwit and outlast. Now, this is a generic comment except for one thing... only one contestant stated this on screen... and in episode #12: "The players in my alliance think it is not outplay, outwit, outlast. They think it is out-clean, out-gather, out-organize. To me, this game is about doing well in challenges, creating a great strategy and playing a strong social game, so those are what I’m focused on." (Albert)

In one of his exit interviews, John Cochran got defensive of Albert when the interviewer criticized him.

This is what I am basing my guesses on... not on what Survivor Suck's "edgic" thread posters are saying or any popularity polls. However, I am prepared for any possible win here. If Coach wins, I will not be shocked. Sophie is a popular pick, but I think she will more likely get some kind of Fan Favorite prize... again, I wouldn't be surprised if she wins. I will be very surprised if Rick wins, but I am pretty certain at least Edna will support him if he makes final 3. Whitney won't vote for him because she stated on screen that he "isn't even playing the game". Then there's Ozzy...

Do you think if Coach does end up winning they will continue to bring back past players? Have they finished filming the new season yet?

No returning players next season (starting February), which was mostly shot August-September in the same locale... all newbies. That makes many speculate that either Coach or Ozzy won this one. Of course, the reason is probably totally different.

Funny thing, I CAN picture Ozzy winning this thing. Certain things in the edit makes me think he won't, but what do I know? Ha ha!

Go Ozzy!! I am totally excited that he is dominating at Redemption Island. I can't read the spoilers anymore. I want a little bit of surprise for the finale.

Wow, Brandon?! I bet your Uncle Russell gave you a good scolding for making that move.

If he gets back in the game, he will have to win immunity or his skinny butt will be booted right out of there! Do you think Coach would really try to take him to the F3?

I would much rather Albert, or even Rick, win over Sophie.....I just don't care for her. Coach....I go hot and cold about him.
