She's saying she loves both but in Actual fact it's onky one. This was heartbreaking IMO.

Notice how the brothers backtracked - when JoJo put them on the spot, they said that they would welcome either. She really seemed to want her family to tell her who to choose, same as every lead.

IMO she clearly was upset because BBJ did not ask her dad for her hand in marriage and she really wants Jordan. The family was on board for Robby and she was upset.
