Jordan is the kind of guy that has to be told he is loved first. Then he can give in and give back some of the same. 
I can't ever see him giving 100% first. JMO

Yeah... I can buy JoJo buying a house (she's in property management + family money, easy peasy.) But NO WAY was Jordan in on that while they were still in secrecy. They'll play house for a while, fake it while they try to make it, and done.
