Uh-oh. I heard the same thing but that she was more cozy with Chris Soules than Nick.

She decided she couldn't see life on the farm in small town, cold Iowa, so maybe a overly into every aspect of your life mother in law was a better option. They do live in sunny FL after all... The beach makes everything, even MM, better.

In no way I am discredited what you say but I have read all the post and to me there was only one. Jolena has said that she meet him in a bar and was very kind and sweet and did not get drunk. JMO

@Jolena would be able to clarify, but as I recall she met him at a public appearance he was doing with Andi at a nightclub in Atlantic City(?). Not to say that he wasn't kind and sweet, but he and Andi were being paid for the appearance so of course he was on his best behaviour. The drunken belligerence at a bar in Atlanta, when he's not being followed by cameras, is exactly zero percent shocking to me.

Yes, I met josh in Atlantic city , the public appearance was in the early part of the night when he & Andi arrived., they took pics and did a few interviews for local reporters. The rest of the night was at the nightclub ( a good 4 hrs or so) and he was still very nice to everyone, he talked to many, took pics with many & there were no camera's around in the club except the phone camera's people were using to take pics with him. From my expierence meeting Josh , talking to him & watching him mingle with people for hours , he was one of the nicest , down to earth, respectable guy and much better looking in person.

Wow! Take a week off and Josh gets engaged to Amanduh.  Big Wow!

Two weeks spent in Paradise together is still more time than the entire filming of the bachelor or bachelorette, so I would guess he knows Amanda better than he knew Andi.  Amanda also seems very chilled out, so as long as he doesn't take her wine away she is probably fine.  

I bet they met in LA before this all went down, maybe not dating exclusively, but a we like each other let's do BiP and see what happens.

I would like an MM in my life, but my mom is difficult. I actually was sadder to lose my former MIL in my divorce than my ex-husband. Denny is real and actually appears alot on MM's facebook. But that isn't the fun snarky stuff and not a lot with Josh, so none of it shows up on this board.  He seems like a fun and happy man, who appreciates the strong woman he married.  I think he and his wife will be good examples of a lifetime love to their kids.

While ex-Nick is an irritant, he will not be in Josh's face all the time like the toxic whorebeast.  And Josh knows Amanda slept with other men, I don't think he thinks those girls came from immaculate conception, the key for him is the lie. I understand him having a hard time trusting when he is lied to easily. JMO.

Honestly, it is two hot and not so smart people getting engaged to date, just like almost every season of the bachelor, so no big deal to me.  Maybe they can fly to Denver and guest star on her bff Lauren and Ben's show, or they can plan a joint wedding. Save TPTB a little money?

I agree with that not being a big deal. But I'm just going off what others have said here about her and Josh being in touch way before BIP started. So if that's the case then this would have meaning.

I really don't follow much on here anymore so it's hard to keep up. But if it works out I'll be happy for them. Just hope they don't rush into anything and do this slowly. There shouldn't be a rush especially because of the two kids.

Was wondering where you've been, Stucki! Great post, nailed it, the voice of reason about JAM. Props on the bolded is so true, it was TWB lying about it, not that she had slept with Nick V. or her previous boyfriend(s).

Also about  Denny & Lauren, he's with them much more than he shows up on SM,  like today on FB they are headed somewhere for the 4th with little Dolce, who is all dressed in her 4th of July best, too cute, Denny is driving, Dolce on Lauren's lap. BTW, Denny doesn't even have a twitter acct.  Some men are not into SM, but their wives/girlfriends are, the Murray's are normal to me.  :Nod:

Jolena, that's exactly what everyone who knows Josh is real life, not just SM life says about him too.
