Thanks! I respect that we don't want them to end up accidentally spoiled. They have found really great stuff. Truly impressive.

I think we have discussed some of that however, in the past.
And again, I am cautioning everyone who chooses to read in the non-spoiled to be careful not to post there. 
It is far too easy to get lost and forget.

We have rules. Read them, please and refer to them. We have posted reminders frequently and have reminders on threads headings.

I think the question is, can we discuss what they have found here in the spoils thread if we do not copy the post or tag them. I understand copying without permission is against the rules and tagging might accidentally have one of them clicking here. Yes, thanks Stuck, that's what I was asking about Kasha. I just want to be able to continue their discussion over here. Ex. Mia has brought up whether or not the bottom of the dress changed. She noticed it, but I have some thoughts on it too. I'm not going to post something like I'm the inventor of her theory. Same with HEA and the beach theory. It seems to put us in a difficult spot, so I was just trying to understand if I am reading that correctly.

I get it and GA will, too. She was tagged by me and is making her way methodically through the thread. I get her method, she will see it in a few and decide.
I have my own thoughts on the subject, also.

extra scaps about what I think is a second dress. I truly do see 2 parts of material front and back as if she has 2 slits but they are lower than the other dress who goes really high. With the wind I do not see 2 parts of material going right and left, they are IMO on top of each other. In the sunset walking I think it was not windy. She took one side of her dress in order to walk, she did not take her 2 sides.

The answer is no, we cannot discuss anything they are sleuthing, and no we can't bring s/caps over here from there.

Reason: because there were posts taking credit for the exact same thing almost word for word, same s/caps, from the Non Spoiled side to the Spoiled side without giving credit, and one thing leads to another and the original spoiled member is getting credit for the s/cap or the discovery of something rather than the Non Spoiler who actually discovered it. If it is stated "my Scap" and it looks exactly like one from the Non Spoiled, same dimensions, same everyting, and the code is exactly the same used in the Non Spoiled, then it's not your s/cap. Just so you know.

If we @ someone, they get notified. You look at your notifications, you click topic, and it takes you directly to the post that you were tagged in, which would be a spoiler thread. They don't want to see it. Therefore you can't @.

We could not keep up with who's spoiled, who's not spoiled, who's saying nice things giving credit to the non spoiled, and throwing hints in the mix. Spoiled members answering their questions, when they were asking amongst themselves. Spoiled members saying they couldn't stay non spoiled, and when they are ready to go over to the spoiled side. Baiting in nature.

In order to understand non spoiled, you have to want to be non spoiled, which means, don't tell me anything, I want to figure it out myself. They are doing a fantastic job in there, without our help, without the media, or any type of spoiler and I don't want their work used on the Spoiler side.

Sorry if this sounds to harsh, but, we spent hours trying to monitor it not to mention dealing with report posts for spoiling information, and some were banned, editing posts, deleting posts. All this while the original rule of don't post spoilers was in place.

I am thrilled with all the sleuthing, across the forum, but the Non Spoiled deserves credit too since they started from a blank page. IMO it's not fair for someone to bring over their work and discuss it here, which eventually someone else gets credit for.

By all means, create any s/caps that you want, and sleuth because there is always something to sleuth. There was hardly any activity in the Non Spoiler side in the last few years. We have been actively encouraging those who wanted to try the last few years, in order to maintain the original concept of sleuthing and to teach new comers from the ground up.

There are many spoiled seasoned sleuthers who are fantastic in many areas of sleuthing. So if you're spoiled, keep on trucking and I ask that the Non Spoiled side are respected and the rules are followed in order for them to sleuth in the manner that they choose to, which is No Spoilers. TYIA

To me, it seems that the vast majority of members never intentionally try to claim someone else's work as their own. This new rule ensures the unspoiled side will never get any credit here now.

And you're saying don't discuss what they've come up with? That effectively ends all discussion of the dress or for those who want to discuss a possible second FRC location on the spoiled side, plus it seems to put us in a one sided race with any new caps.

They get all the credit they need from their own side from each other. 
You would have to ask them at a later date if what you are talking about matters to them. I doubt it personally, imo. What matters to them is they don't get spoiled. 
As far as a race, isn't there always a race as it is? I always took it as such. 
If I find something and want to bring it up, I bring it up. If it's been discussed I move on. 
We seem to have an issue when it's brought up in a lengthy manner and it's been brought up in the recent past, not so recent past and numerous times in the past.

Whether it was an accident or not, there are RULES to be followed. When there are countless posts to be monitored deleted edited because the RULES weren't read, it creates a tremendous amount of work and frustration. Information that has been discovered on the spoiled side gets "accidently" posted on the Non spoiled side, they don't want to know.

Obviously, posts have been read over there, and now want to be discussed here.

Anything can be discussed on the spoiled side if it was sleuthed by a spoiled member. You mention dress and second FRC CMIIW you must have read it on the non spoiled side. Or if you sleuthed it yourself, then feel free to discuss it. If one has to give credit to the Non spoiled side, then they must have read it there. IMO it's not fair, they are not getting any help from the spoiled side. Why bother sleuthing if we can just take what they worked on.

Litta and Ladybug create s/caps and posts them in the non discussion thread on the spoiled and non spoiled side. Any of those caps can be used, or one can create their own. If one isn't reading what's going on there, there's no need to have this discussion.

The unspoiled side will get credit once the season is over, I can assure you of that.

What I really don't get is why they'd use such a horrible FRC setting vs the beautiful one with the Buddas?

It's very possible that the Buddas are at the beginning of (or entrance to) the walk way down to the rose pedestal area.
