I usually hate the appointed villain, but have to say that Chad is a different story. He speaks the usually unspoken truth.

I look at this group of guys: Alex, Chad, JT and Jordan and see the Keebler Elves.

Yup. Chad is not falling in the bubble. No wonder they made him the villain. He is the most interesting thing about this whole episode. BIP here he comes.
