This show is going to be a brain cell killer with all the yelling and drama.

I usually don't believe too much that's in these type mags, but when it's actual quotes said by Josh, I guess it's true?

JOSH MURRAY SLAMS ‘BACHELORETTE’ ANDI DORFMAN’S “SAD” BOOK:
"UNFORTUNATELY DRAMA SELLS!" (EXCLUSIVE)
Jun 15, 2016 11:06AM | by In Touch Weekly
In his first interview since the May 17 book release, Josh Murray exclusively tells In Touch that he’s disgusted by his ex-fiancée Andi Dorfman’s version of events in her new tell-all, It’s Not Okay: Turning Heartbreak Into Happily Never After.
The former Bachelorette’s book dishes on their failed engagement and Josh’s “aggressive” behavior. “The way I’m depicted is just very sad,” Josh, who stars on E!’s Famously Single, explains.
“I think it’s sad when someone has a platform to help people and they use it to exploit something and tell fictional stories to hurt somebody else. But unfortunately, drama sells.”
Still, Josh, who hasn’t spoken to Andi in months, just wants to move on from the toxic relationship.
“At this point, I don’t even care about the backlash from her book,” Josh admits.
“My friends and family know the real me, and that’s all that matters.”

Excerpt from The Knot interview:
Murray, however, has standards and looks for distinct qualities in a future wife. “Like a best friend to be honest with you,” he tells The Knot. “There are peaks and valleys in every relationship but somebody who’s going to be there for you no matter what. That you just love and have that unconditional love with no matter what.”
I feel like, I love an independent women but just because you’re an independent woman doesn’t mean that you need to be like nasty and mean. An independent woman can be classy and nice to others and be sweet and caring and loving, and just the basic stuff I think a woman or a man should be. A family oriented woman is a very very big deal to me as well. Just a kind person, someone who’s nice to people. Very easy, I think.”

I'm sad to say but my opinion is that family and friends often don't know ALL of a person. What happens in ones own home/bedroom isn't always shared with family and friends. So Josh, I hope you are a good man, that you behaved and treat women with respect always, but in all honesty, I don't know. Only the people directly involved with the situation know the truth, not the spin that the rest of the world sees. We'll never know the truth in my humble opinion

Yes, you're correct, it is some (stupid) exercise and he has an earpiece and Brandi tells him to say that (she was probably told to tell him that), because when Brandi has an earpiece, Josh will tell her things to say, it's very scripted, but funny to me. Because Josh says to Brandi, "did you grab his balls under the table yet"MiniDiva wrote:^^He said it, but we think it was part of an exercise where someone was telling him what to say during the date -- A hidden mike in his ear. Not sure what the purpose of this dating exercise was but the reactions will be funny.
I guess I'm weird, but think this scripted show is hilarious so far, and Josh always has a rather bewildered look on his face, like what the heck did I get myself into now.

Josh does appear bewildered but he will probably warm up soon. The cast members have big personalities and it is easy to see that Josh isn't flamboyant like many of them.

I think the show has potential as trashy fun if they steer away from the stupid blow-up catfights with Somaya and Brandi. That was really annoying. I thought they said most of the drama occurred in the first episode and then they all got along. But the dating exercises with the experts could be fun, even if they are cheesy. E! has worse shows (think Mini Divas) that have lasted multiple seasons.

I agree, especially with the bolded. Well it can't be more trashy that his ex's fictional, classless book So far Josh is the only classy one on the show, though. JMOBeach Lover wrote:^^^ So ironic that he seems like he could be the peacemaker on this show with all the accusations that Andi threw at him about his aggressive behavior. But I see what you see on FS. I see him as being the friend to lean on vs. the hook-up. The shoulder to cry on for the ladies. The stand-up man, as Somaya referred to him on her IG post.
