While tptb would control a tv wedding, the couple does get to give the wedding planner as sense of their style, etc. So even if they aren't locking down the specifics right now, they certainly can be "planning" as in developing their list of "wants" "would likes" and guests.

For her age, Lauren shows so much maturity. In interviews she does a great job on commenting on things that deal with them like the house and wedding and leaving questions about the show and other girls to Ben. The girl knows when to keep her mouth shut!

Rick Lewis interview was great, nice and long too. I love every question Ben and Lauren answered, they are the real deal.

I love that Lauren doesn't talk over Ben or anyone, she seems like a great listener. When asked about possible wedding locations, she that she wanted it to be warm & sun & maybe Oregon when the weather is nice or if winter, in LA, which leads me to believe it will be televised. They said it won't be long and they are getting married. And Ben really threw shade at the 'brothers' (not Lauren's) on the HTD and bragged how great Lauren's family was on the HTD.

Y'all have already touched on many of my favorite parts of the interview (Ben's recognition during his and Lauren's fantasy suite date that "yeah, this is definitely it;" a possible return to some form of reality tv, but nothing crazy just "maybe our life on display at some point”).

I also liked the discussion re: hometown dates, especially Ben's approach to the dates and the tidbit about Lauren's mom telling Ben, “I think my daughter’s falling in love with you."

Finally, I appreciate that they recognize that they may not be very exciting to some folks and don't deserve whatever "fame" they might have. They are both so self-aware which makes them extremely relatable and appealing to me.
