Chase McNary - Bachelorette 12 - **Sleuthing - Spoilers**

Chase's dad may wish to be more private on SM. There are plenty of people who don't like to have their lives overshares on SM. 

A lack of dad picks maybe a respect for his father's privacy.

My intrigue in Chase, and my hopes that he emerges over the over-hyped Luke for The Bachelor gig are the one thing keeping me even 10% intrigued with this season. I'm considering completely skipping JoJo at this point. I'm just... Not into it. But I do love me some Chase, so far.

Yeah, I think Luke is hyped up as the Bachelor by TPTB given all that CH has said about him. But sometimes, TPTB don't know what clicks with people.

I do see SM love of Luke so he might be clicking to the gen audience given his profile - West Point, War Vet, Music.

That IG reminds me of Nick and the way he posted about Andi. Maybe that is it. The snow was like Nick the posting is like Nick. I fell for Nick on Andi's season and learned that normal guy was actually a fameho just like the rest of them, so I just am not falling for it so quickly this time.

Well all the other guys are posting their pics of their time with Jojo as well so this not isolated to Chase only....jmo.

Yeah.... Luke is definitely who TPTB are hyping at this point. But they also hyped Britt. And roughly 95% of the audience thought they were going for Caila at this point in Ben's season (I personally think Caila was always a huge decoy though. This gig was always going to be JoJo's).

Anyway, my point being I'm hoping Chase is soooooo far the runaway fave, that TPTB are forced to pull the plug on Luke.

They're all fameho whoever joins a reality TV. It's just a matter of picking who's the most normal amongst the famehos.

Well unfortunately for Chase, many have no idea who he is at this point. That should definitely change come next week though.

JoJo posted stuff like this about her time with Ben throughout last season. In retrospect, she was prob just trying to keep herself relevant to win this gig. Maybe Chase is doing the same.

I'm suuuuure TPTB are whispering The Bachelor gig promises to both Chase and Luke (and maybe Robby too...).

There seems to be a lot more layers to Chase that we have yet to see. I don't get the "he's quiet" "reserved" "boring" when the show has clearly been hiding him up until the snow scene which was still very short and vague. Until then, I can't say if he'll be a boring lead or not. He does seem the most genuine one actually looking for love. I like that for now he's not there to promote music, future endeavors, or his next reality show gig. He's just being Chase, chasing JoJo.
