Also, holy crap they look like the younger verisions of Trista and Ryan! They are such a throwback to that couple- even down to the LA girl (via Indiana in Trista's case- Trista and Ben went to the same college), and Colorado guy. Both couples will be living within 2 hours of each other. It's just as if the "Ryan" had done the picking this time instead of the "Trista." Crazy similarities. Hoping for a similar outcome. And if Trista is the face of successful Bachelorettes, I hope Ben becomes the face of successful Bachelors.

I don't know Trista or Ryan's story. If it's anything like BenLo, I love them already! Actually I loved Ryan when he said pick Lauren.

As for their ages.... I think Ali and Roberto were similar ages to Lauren and Ben.

IMO it also has to do a lot with their similar mind sets. According to Mollie, Lauren falls fast when she falls for a guy, and same with Ben. And both are willing to change their lives for a relationship, a lot, and quite fast. Where many even older people might get a bit scared at thespeed  and intensity of this relationship, Lauren and Ben IMO are similar in that aspect. They also have their lives on check, both have good jobs they like, Ben has bought a house already.

They'll probably move to a bigger home once the babies start popping out right? I doubt Ben lives in a 3 bedroom home alone. Probably 1 bedroom-2 the very least. Cant wait for Lauren to flip his house around and add her girly touches.

Trista and Trista's season is a KEY moment in Bachelor/ette history. She was the 3rd lead ever, and the first to get married. Then it took YEARS to get another success. Without Trista and Ryan legitimizing this franchise early on, this crap would have been cancelled years ago. Jason saved it again from cancellation with his season, and it's been going strong ever since. I've said from the ready, Lauren and Ben are like seriously Trista and Ryan 2.0. It's freaky.

Yep. All of this. Ben was willing and ready to uproot his life and move for his ex. Shaelin just didn't let him. I think they are moving to Denver now, because it makes sense, but I'm also pretty sure Ben would follow Lauren anywhere and vice versa. Lauren mentioned in an interview somewhere that Ben said if she doesn't love Denver, they will move. It would not shock me if they actually end up in Portland at some point, probably by the time they are ready for kids. Ben kind of alluded to that in his hometown date blog.

Cuties! I love that they're doing these type of things. Lauren looks just as happy as Ben to be surrounded by kids. I wonder if he'll take her to Honduras at some point.
