The Bachelor 20 - Ben Higgins - MTP -LCD - FRC - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

This is so interesting. They are really switching the whole frontrunner situation, its crazy. First of all if laurens sees this shes going to be so sad....i feel so bad cause she is so family oriented...god i feel bad.....however in the previews we see ben resting his head on Laurens shoulder and she kissing his forehead which came across as very like loving and i dont know there was just a sense of him trying to get comfort from her. So maybe they try to change it to look like she takes o jojos role and when jojo has a meltdown with ben, its shows another part in which shes giving him a hard time (kind of). And this is all Bens fault, obviously if you explain to your mom shes the one thats always given me hope and reassurance the moms gonna love her which means she will have a bias towards her before she even mees her, and on the other hand if you tell your mom that laurens to good for me shes beautiful she can have any guy will come across as her son can get hurt.

Hasn't it been sleuthed that JoJo's MTP was first? Could this have taken place before they had actually met Lauren?

I truly think meeting the family /mother is Jojo's advantage. She was on a similar show with her brother and knew what the girl had to say to make her family like one over another. If you watch her family on that show , Jojo had a lot of input .

I'm not saying Jojo didn't mean the things she might have told Ben's mom, but she did know which buttons to push because she had seen them before. Jmo.

IA! Lauren has had an easy ride whereas Jojo's has had a rough one. First tptb brought the ex, then her brothers, the the brother bashing on sm.

I am not getting where all the drama comes from. Ben's mum was clearly stressed, pushed to give a name and went with her preference. it's not like she said I hope Ben doesnt pick Lauren!

Why does it feel like Ben is acting a bit in that preview? As for his mom, I think she's probably overwhelmed not only with seeing her son after so long and then hearing that he *might* be in turmoil, but the pressure of TPTB. To get that kind of response from her, they must have pressed hard.

My guess for the "surprise:" Ben is moving or his F1 is moving to him.

I totally agree. Whenever I hear Ben say F1 has been put through hell I think it hasn't exactly been a cakewalk for the F2.

I believe Jojo had it easier from the beginning, I mean his father was with the crew during their baseball game. I am sure he was found of their connection…

Ben's dad was there at the baseball game?!? You mean at Wrigley Field?

Yes, they sneaked him in with the crew so he was there during the game. I bet he thought they were cute together and I could easily see that giving her an advantage.

I don't see Jojo's advantage in her previous reality experience as I believe impressing somebody's parents have a little to do with that. If any, I would rather see the advantage in Jojo's social skills since she seems to be more outgoing and easy to carry a conversation with a stranger, whereas Lauren is more reserved and it takes a bit more time to get to know her. I think Jojo is a pretty good first impressioner
