Per the bolded. IMO people shouldn't think that another person is no longer self-aware because they are going on the show again. I'm willing to bet Nick is VERY aware of what he is doing, and I say more power to him. IMO it IS using common sense to get paid to vacation, and just because he's going to do it doesn't mean he has no self-respect, I say respect yourself enough to choose what you want to do regardless of what people say. I'm sure Nick knows that he isn't going to be able to do this stuff forever and he's just taking the opportunities while they last. Good for him.

I am wondering if he or producers are putting in his ear a set up for the bachelor. Just as I am not sure who on JoJos they would go with not saying it would ever happen but I could see the producers dangling that carrot

To me jerks are people who are nasty and treat others poorly. People who think they are the be all and end all and that others don't matter. MeAndi comes to mind. Doing multiple shows does not even come close IMO.

Same goes for getting paid for appearances. Nobody forces people to go and pay to see someone. If he was nasty to his fans when they see him out and about, then that is another matter, but Nick always seems to be gracious, so again, I can't fault him for making some money. Not necessarily what I would do, but I must admit I enjoy watching him and what was looking to be a dud of a BIP season, is already looking more entertaining knowing he will be on it.

This thread! All of it! The controversy! This is why I'm a-ok with Nicky completing his trifecta of Summer famewhoring. Something to talk about admist the snoozers and barely there contestants we've so far been promised. Thank you Nicky!!! He's a Franchise regular. I don't have to like him or look up to him. I don't need to respect his decisions or sit here trying to defend his life choices. I really don't care that much about him one way or another. He's had an interesting story two summers in a row, now maybe make that 3. Thanks for the silly drama, Viall.

He must have his eye on someone... I can't imagine him going on without a game plan and sure bet... I mean, he could never live down the humiliation of being sent home day 1 IMO.... Anyone know who he is following on SM and thus who he may be speaking to?
