They're the same or similar blinds that are behind Lauren's dad in that same conversation, so he said it to him or someone else in that same room IMO.

At that point the angle from witch Ben is filmed also is changed, it could be a blind that's opposite to where Lauren's dad is sitting.

And watching that clip I noticed something else that I missed. When Lauren is talking to Mollie about Ben and her feeling for him (this is when she calls him "my person") she starts to tear up and has to wipe the corner of her eye (about 11 seconds into the clip).

On your point - when Ben says "at this point it's more real than I ever thought I could feel" we see the blinds behind Ben - as though Ben was sitting with the same background we see Lauren's Dad in for their conversation (about 1:51 in the clip). IMO this was either taken from a different camera at a different angle, or it is a B-roll - shot after the conversation because they wanted us to see and hear Ben say that. He may or may not have said exactly that to Lauren's Dad - perhaps something similar and muffed the line so they supplemented the scene to make it play better on TV.

Regardless, he said it at some point. And it sounded sincere and heavy with meaning to me.

The producers have the power to tell whatever story they want and can cut context, so it appears to be entirely the product of editing not reality. Without access to the raw footage, it’s impossible to know just how this was pieced together. But as you said, Ben do seems genuinely sincere with his words and I trust him.

My guess would be he is talking to her mother since it seems she did not want to be on camera.

From the snip we got of her mom, she seemed trusting of Lauren and however she's feeling. She wasn't has reserved like sister and dad. I'm sure she talked to both Ben and Lauren. The convos with dad and sister just got their narrative better. They probably had the harder questions.

Also, when Ben is speaking to Mollie and starts to tear up, Ben puts his head back against the couch , you can hear him say something to the fact that she was really grilling him and laughed. They were joking why he was in tears . He was so comfortable with them .

I know that this might be irrelevant but can someone describe how Ben was dressed on each date. Thanks! Didn't get to watch the show.

If you click/follow the link (the words in red) to the SC NO Discussion Thread you can see SCs of the HTD previews where you see him meeting each family.  That way you can see for yourself since you haven't watch.  There are about 4 posts from the preview I did and then Sophie SC'd the rest of the HTD previews, so there are quite a few posts that show him with each of the F4 and their families.

After re-watching everything I think it is actually part of his conversation with her sister.  When they show him talking to Mollie he is sitting in the exact same spot in front of the blinds on the light colored couch.
