The Bachelor 20 - Ben Higgins - NO SPOILERS - Discussion

I've lurked in here during the season and enjoyed all your uspoiled posts so much. Really a pleasure to read.

I really want to try unspoiled for Jojo's season being a really big fan of hers and thinking it will be an amazing season. But I usually never make it. I'm hoping to avoid pre-season stuff and at least watch the first few unspoiled.

Haha I thought deflecting thing of some sort . This is embarrassing but I thought the rose coloured glasses was a pink bow on top of the girl's head that she pulled down over her eyes!!  

Ok - I can't believe I'm finally here. I've been super nervous about watching this as I really don't know who is going to win. @MiaHawk and @Locoforbach have done a great job at casting doubt on Lauren being F1 but my fingers are still crossed for Lauren! One of my children has set the computer up so I don't see any spoilers (he's the only one that doesn't tease me about my Bachelor obsession so naturally he's my favourite). I thought I'd post as I watch - might as well finish the way I started.

Mums not happy with Ben being in love with them both. I would be disturbed too!

Nice greeting with Lauren. Lauren is super gushy with Ben's Dad. Mum is being a realist - she is definitely not in the bubble. I don't think she is completely sure about Lauren. She seems freaked out about the 2 ILUs and the fact that neither girl truly knows what's going on.

i'm a little disappointed - didn't seem to be much substance to that date. That wasn't the LCD was it?

No, JoJo meets the parents next. Then the LCD with both women. I thought they rushed through MTP. I blinked and it was over.

hubby & I had a hilarious discussion of how we'd handle that with our son. And what that might mean. Boils down to wondering if Ben's Mum would have been as diplomatic if cameras were not around.

JoJos MTP is going very well - maybe she knows Ben better than Lauren. Inside jokes and it all seems more comfortable. "He's my bestfriend" - she's really committed to him. Mum is more sure about JoJo. i wonder how much influence his parents will have over his decision?

Ben is reaffirming again - he's leading both these girls up the rose lined garden path!

why is CH pushing the wedding idea? That better not be the surprise! I'd be super pissed if I couldn't plan my own wedding.

I hope Ben pulls back on one of the girls so they aren't so blindsided at the end.

More ilyus. Ben is being quiet. He's struggling and she's being very supportive.

Hmmmm... he seems too wrapped in himself and can't get out of his head. she deserves better than this on her LCD. Ben.. maybe its perfect because you are soulmates! - God that was cheesy! Apologies

Hang on - he can get emotional during the day and she's all supportive and then she says shes emotional in the evening and he gets a little pissy. Grow up Ben - its not all about you!

This is getting intense! - Is it ok to drink wine at 9am?

She's reassuring him and getting nothing back. Is this the pull back? Oh poor thing!

It's simple to be unspoiled. Just don't go to the Reality Steve site or read tabloid sites. Quite frankly it helps to have a cynical, doubting anyone genuinely knows anything, attitude. I'd like there to be less unnecessary drama, more of a genuine love story and normal dates.

I can't believe that he's still indecisive.

"Last day before the proposal" - JoJo is confident she's going to ben's wife.

this date is more relaxed so far - seems easy and comfortable.

BTW JoJo has great swimming hair - mine always looks like a rats nest when it goes anywhere near water.

They are talking about the RL stuff which I like.

I'm just going to get myself into trouble by saying that the ring looks like crumpled tin foil rolled in glue & glitter. Not all girls like over the top some would prefer something antique,vintage or deco, anything with more interest then what every other celebrity is wearing
