I would not be surprised if someone on the crew informed them about the ILYs. After all tptb want as much drama as possible.
I don't think the dress color thing really is an indicator. In past seasons sometimes F1 and F2 have worn the same one in differing styles.

Made me laugh. I think he's in danger of falling from that high pedestal the show put him on. Is the seriousness of what changes this will bring into his life sinking in? Will that sink his boat? He's been more mature then this so far. I think we've got a manipulation on our hands to keep viewers guessing.

Am looking forward to next weeks cat fight.

Do you think he's been selfish telling both of them? I think he's just thinking of himself and his own feelings and hasn't thought about how the girls will feel when they find out. I'm sure it's a maturity issue.

Maybe he was so in the moment that he wasn't thinking about the future?

I haven't watched many shows but I haven't seen a lead say ILU before the FRC. I bet TPTB were rubbing their hands together in glee

I am struggling for empathy on this issue as I haven't felt deep romantic love for two people at the same time before. I love my children and my parents equally but never two men that I'm romantically involved with.

I'm sure it happens. But what I don't get is how the intense ILUs with Lauren didn't affect his date with JoJo. After having a full on amazing night with one girl surely there must have been some residual affect on his next date. How can you switch your feelings on and off like that?

The closest I can come close to considering is to go back to my own experience. I was interested in someone when I was trying to figure out whether hubby was romantically interested. At that time hubby and I were just good friends, but I knew in my heart he was the one. Hubby wasn't pursuing me so I was scared we were stuck in friend zone. The other guy turned out to be a loser, thankfully I was warned and I listened. As soon as he was out of the picture, hubby came rollin in and set the romantic side of things in motion. He was just taking his time. I was SOOO happy he finally made a move.
How does that compare to Ben? Not sure, except I do understand initial confusion. However, I never told both guys ILY, and hubby and I were exclusive immediately.
I think this is tptb making "good tv" nut then again. Ben is young... I don't think life hasn't really tested him yet. Yes he had that scare with his Dad, but it gets a lot tougher then that.
The higher the pedestal that harder the fall.

We had a sleuthing s/cap thread for NonSpoiled fans (forget which season) and it worked well. It is separated from the Non Spoiled Category. In there, anything can be sleuthed. As far as contestants, non spoiled fans  have sleuthed those as well so whether RS leaks them or not they too can be sleuthed.

In the International threads, there isn't RS spoilers but they can obtain spoiled info from the media or speculation from the media to work with. For example if someone's name is spoiled as a possible contestant, then we would sleuth that contestant. SM shut down, posting IG pics mentioning they'll be away etc, that's all part of sleuthing.

When the time comes, just ask what you would like and I'll make it happen. It's a lot of fun to sleuth the old fashion way and very successful in the International threads. What I really mean is without RS spoilers.
