It looked like something 3-dimensional that remained still inside the limo to me. There was no glare like on the left hand side of the back of the limo.

I'll bite...my guess is that it's the camera man filming Ben. To me, there's too much reflection off of the back window in order to see inside. Those windows were really dark in our distance shots of the limo.

If you watch the video and not just look at the SC, you can see the reflection move as the camera moves, leading me to believe it's a reflection from something outside.

I agree it's a reflection of some kind. I rewatched it which makes it clearer it's a reflection IMHO. I agree it might be the camera man as you know they are never far away.
I can't see anything through the window the whole back of the car is in reflection (look at trunk).
