The Bachelor 20 - Ben Higgins - Premier - Episode 1 - Discussion - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

Didn't want to go OT in Calia thread, where there is a debate whether or not her limo exit was "classy" or lacking class, so came here to say I did not find the woman (can't remember her name) who bent over and hiked the football to Ben to be a particularly "classy" greeting, but the limo exit gimmicks are so embedded in the show format that unless they bring a stripper pole or perform a lap dance on the lead in the driveway, I tend to give them all a pass on the limo exit and wait to see more airtime before forming an opinion.

The football lady was leah.

Totally agree KB. And please don't give them any ideas re: lap dances and stripper poles!

You mean I goofed when I just tweeted the lap dance\stripper pole suggestion to Fleiss?

And how gross was that underwear thing with Ben and the Bach alum?
I guess MF\TPTB were sold on the need for a "classy" lead after K's XXX rated season, but still had to work in some slime factor.

Stuck- you beat me to it. Have been wanting to say I'm happy too we're on the same teams this year. I am all aboard the Ben\Lauren team and I know it's early, but I really want Calia for next 'ette. I see her the way Ben described her in his People blog- she just radiates energy, enthusiasm and upbeat vibes to me and I think she'd be a great lead.

I do reserve the right to pretend I never said that though if she falls victim to the evil editing machine.

I actually thought that was pretty funny. Especially when Ben told CH he still hasn't taken them off.

This show is not classy at all but that doesn't mean the people on it don't have to be.
I have a very high bar for my faves from this show and ALL of them were classy from the moment they stepped out that limo.
So to me, unless they reach that bar then they just become one of many and not people for me to cheer for that's for sure.
