The Bachelorette - Season 12 - Potential Lead - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

Actually Caila reminds me of a female Jake, who was my least favorite Bachelor. No real emotions, just reading lines, over the top, annoying and fake.

Actually, Caila reminds me of Ashley Hebert, who was my favorite contestant. Upbeat, positive, smiled a lot and seemed to relate to everybody.

I liked Ashley H a lot, she just seemed really genuine to me, Caila does not. I don't think they are similar.

I just loved Caila's style & demeanor this season. I'm sort of bummed we didn't get one last RC look from her I'm also loving her dress from the WTA per snapchat stills.

I don't relate to anyone who goes on reality TV, so it's never about that. I'd simply like to watch her season if I had my pick.

I really like Caila too. I like her style, and like the way she reasons, and I think she is beautiful.  I would watch her as the lead.  But on the other hand I like her and her family and I do not think the Bachelor Franchise would treat her very well... so I am conflicted.  She is a smart and successful woman in the making and she does not need them.  I am not sure she really would want that experience following her around the rest of her life.  She came out pretty well this time but....

Those are great points, and why, if she doesn't get the gig, I won't be utterly disappointed for her own sake. Though it's out of our hands on that front. Good luck to whoever is chosen.

IMO JoJo will be probably be the Bachelorette because she has the storyline of 'Ben told me he loved me and then blindsided me and broke my heart' and the producers always love a good storyline!

If the bachelorette is JoJo or Caila will they be the youngest bachelorette just curious?

Caila at 24 would be the youngest. JoJo's now 25 and I think Ali was also that age when she was the lead? Most of the Bachelorette leads have been 26 or 27 anyway so it's not like either of them are significantly younger than their predecessors.

When do they announce it? At ATFR?

That seems to be the norm. They usually start filming shortly after. The premier is usually mid May. Going by memory.

I think that Ben's latest media rounds declaring his love for F1 and that there is no switch...more tears but very happy ending with him being 100% confident is very much setting up Jo Jo as next lead.

Seriously, they could totally be promoting the idea of other than normal ending for ratings. They certainly have enough film of Ben crying. By Ben being so confident and totally moved on, viewing audience will have easier time buying that Jo Jo moved on.

I think she is their best choice. Guys are gonna love her.
