I'm struggling with the same thing. I just don't understand how she will be blindsided at the end of this. At the final 3 rose ceremony, when Caila goes home and it's just you and Lauren after everything she's seen between them and even commented on multiple times, how could she not be somewhat expecting Ben to pick Lauren. Boggles my mind that she is truly blindsided and that's why I think she was for the most part playing her part. Don't get me wrong I'm sure there are real feelings there to a degree but nothing on the level of Ben and Lauren.

But I would like to see JoJo be the bachelorette, I think she'd be fun and it would be interesting to see what kind of guy she falls for. I don't think Ben was anything close to her normal type.

I don't understand why anyone thinks she would be blindsided? Because she said so? Because edits show her or someone saying so?
To me, that is simply the machinations of the show.
Obviously, immediately after returning she was back to what appeared to be her normal self.
I think the whole idea of "blindside" is something reality tv sells to the prospective audience. She wasn't blindsided by a back door ala Big Brother or Survivor. JMO, but I tend to think she 90% knew what was coming and the other 10% got lost in lust. That's all ok, this is the show. Heck, her family appears to outline the whole thing for her before the last week.

Realistically, it's not like Ben and JoJo have nothing going on. I think it's been pretty obvious from the very beginning that the two he was most into were Lauren and JoJo. It's been 1. Lauren and 2. JoJo for quite a while now. IMO.

She has repeatedly said to him she was scared and he has repeatedly told her to open up. She went as far to say to him on their last 1-on-1 that she keeps trying to open up because "he asks her to." At this point now, JoJo is no longer going to see Ben's reactions with the other girls. All she's going to see and get is her relationship with Ben. Their FD sure looks steamy during the day and night portion. He apparently tells her he loves her and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they slept together IMO. I think the last few episodes are really going to focus on his connections with JoJo and Lauren and since she'll no longer see how he is with Lauren, I can realistically see her being blindsided. I think it sets up a storyline for the bachelorette if she were to get it.

Side note - I'm not so sure it will focus as much on the blindside as it will on the sadness she and Ben will express.

Up until now she has been cautious and very much aware of Ben's connection with Lauren B. As you said, once out of the mansion and with Ben asking her to open up, she will start trusting his feeling for her and the need to reciprocate. I'm looking forward to the next episodes. I really hope that if she is not F1, they find a way to make her the next bachelorette. I find her interesting, well spoken, gorgeous and most of all normal. Maybe not your average next door kind of girl but a fun, spunky girl nevertheless.

After seeing how little Becca can handle any negative comments I'm voting #anyonebutbecca.

Might be fun to now see her on tv and see if she understands the concept of "meant to be" . Might be fun to see the guys dazed and confused with what goes on in that beautiful mind.

They are friends. It was posted here earlier that they were at a gun range shooting . Jojo was in the pic. Not recent pic but noted they were friends and Jake went to school with her brother. Regarding your second question, my opinion is, I wouldn't put it past Jake to assist. That is all.

I wouldn't label them as friends. It appears to me that he is someone JoJo's brother knows from school and they appear to be acquaintances that see each other once in a blue moon. There are no recent pictures of them. Jake might call them friends, but it doesn't seem like they've seen each other recently. IMO.
