Certainly could have been. 
Her face was orange.
Lips were purple. 
Crop top white and pants beige/tan. I thought it was interesting considering her many alternatives and being on prime time.

As if her jogger pants weren't distracting enough, what was up with her blue eye shadow and purple lips?

That was my thought on her strange behaviour. IMO she doesn't know how to have a decent conversation. She talks like a little girl.

That was one awkward appearance...and I'm not just talking about her hideous orange and purple look!

Kaitlyn and Shawn really didn't say much and did appear strained. It could well be because she is/they are going through detox. I have to admit to being somewhat surprised about the sober January. I wonder if someone may have staged a bit of an intervention?

One thing that I noticed on the show that stood out for me was when CH asked Ben if they are still friends and keep in contact. Ben said something along the lines of yes, he and Shawn are good friends and when he sees Kaitlyn he tries to say hi. It just struck me as a rather odd answer and coupled with the fact that when they wrapped up the show, as everyone was getting up, Ben hugged Shawn and Kaitlyn just kept sitting there. It looked as if he was going to turn away, but then after a kind of awkward pause, he got her up and hugged her quickly and then basically went into the crowd and ignored them. I just got the impression that Ben is not a big fan of K.

When the bottle is your confidence and you are no where career wise in life, insecurity amounts and the man you choose cant make you a better person, instead you become a bully and a bitter person, then I say it is time to think, re-evaluate and move on.  

TOG would have done so much more for her, because he was making her think, but alast she did not want that responsibilty of thinking beyond the next drink and fun moments, else she would have mature into a better person. I think life in general might just be starting to sink it right about now.  Welcome to the real world kaitlyn.  Good luck to her she is going to need it.

Seeing what TOG has been up to post show, I think that would've been a hot mess for sure. Too much ego and narcissism between them .

She needs a little normal to balance the crazy.

Maybe because he does not have a fiance is why he has change his game plan, you never know. JMHO

I heard on the radio yesterday a commentary about it being Dry January. I never heard of such a thing. I haven't checked into it, but it appears to be something that is done on an annual basis. IMO whether it's January or July if Shawn is promoting a healthy life style, and selling expensive meal plans, it should be Dry forever. It appeared K made a snakry gesture like it was Shawn's fault she couldn't have a drink.

I caught that too about Ben saying they keep in contact. It appeared he didn't want to lie, and kept it light. His facial expression when he said if K is with Shawn he tries to say hi. That was priceless. If I have time I'd like to watch that again.

Sober or Dry January is very much an annual thing lots of people do. Basically as a way to detox from the holidays and part of getting healthy in the new year. It also has a component has raising awareness for Alcohol COncern which is where the fundraising money goes.

I also remember reading that Shawn did a dry November as well. No question about Kaitlyn likes her wine so this probably is a big sacrifice to her. She even agreed with someone on Twitter that she likes her snaps better when she is drinking. But at least she is showing some support of Shawn's venture however reluctantly. Who knows, maybe this month away from the booze might encourage her to drink less and learn to have fun without wine.
