IMO, Josh did the show for Josh. Now whether it was to extend his 15 minutes, get some more attention for both himself and his advocare crap, for the money, etc... I don't personally care. The cast and preview look like a train wreck waiting to happen. So whatever his reasons, I think he's in for a bumpy ride and lots of criticism. Hope he's ready for it and there better not be any complaining about his edit, etc. JMOAA

Personally, I have a hard time believing Sabel was the reason he did the show. As sweet as the thought is, I just can't get behind it. I'm sure she was probably sick and showing some symptoms leading up to her diagnoses, but I can't see him leaving her if she was that bad off to go film this train wreck, even if she was being well cared for by his family while he was gone. He's been too attentive and caring to her through all this for him to leave her to go earn some money on a reality tv show, IMO. And if money was the driving issue, I'm sure his parents or little brother would've been willing to help him out, when it came to Sabel. JMOAA

I think he did it for fun, get advice from a therapist. He's young, single and good looking. I don't think he needs a reason to do it. Money, fame, AdvoCare, personally it doesn't make a difference to me, I'm happy he'll be back in my living room.

It will also be fun reading the comments of those who put so much meaning behind every movement he makes and every syllable he speaks. IMO, we've probably put more thought into why he's doing the show than he did.

I am hoping I get to snark. I can't make it through a Kardashian show, so we will see if it is just too bad. Maybe we can have a game of kisses or cursing or something. It looks silly and stupid, but no worse than Celebrity Wife Swap or Marriage Boot Camp to me. Now if Josh says he did it to be a Christian light to others, I will puke.

If Josh wanted advise from a therapist I am sure there was plenty in Atl he could have gone and had a good talk with. This show will probably not help him in the least.

If he wanted to seek the advice of a therapist, he would have gotten the most effective help privately, not in circumstances where everything he said was being filmed to be aired on TV. Imo, the show didn't help him and it probably wouldn't help him because I don't think he ever went on the show for help from a therapist. If he went on the show for a therapist's advice and ended up dating a little girl 3 months later.... well I really don't know what to say about that.
If only he could be as honest and upfront as Sean and Catherine as to why he did it.

JMOAA doing a show like this only detracts from a person's character, it does not add to it.

LOL I have absolutely no doubt he put little to no thought into doing the show. Anything more would be a stretch for him. cantstopl

I just checked and Josh finished filming the show on Nov 24th and he found out Sabel had cancer on Janury 13th.

She had been sick for several months prior to this . My daughters dog has the same cancer and also a leg amputated . Doing chemo at this time. Did not know it was cancer for 3 months the signs come slowly.
