^ @Katiebelle, you are correct about the slow burner, Richie himself said in interviews today that that is what he is and how he has regret about that.

But I don't think it would have mattered even if Richie did let his guard down more because Sam chose Sasha night one... it was just instant, IMO.

Yes you are probably right. Wasn't there an article about how all the boys knew it was Sasha and they were just along for the ride? Or was that in the "DailyFail"?

And on the note - if Richie is a slow burner, and there's nothing wrong with that, how do you think he'll cope as the next Bachelor when he's going to have to make so pretty quick judgements on the women.

That was me that stated that. It was a scoop from Dave Hughes from KIIS. He was on HYBPA with Dave and Dave said all the boys knew in the first week who she was going to choose and were just waiting to be picked off. He didn't mention a name though.

Richie said in interview that he was blindsided and thought he could be the one at the end but respects Sam and her decisions and didn't know where she was with the other guys (this is typical for someone that gets blindsided that they don't know). Also, Sasha never mentioned kissing Sam and Richie never did either so it has only been by watching the show that the guys saw that about either one.

As for Richie being Bachelor and a slow-burner? I think he would be the same as Art Green. Which is why I think it would be refreshing to have him as lead for Aussies. They just had a very hands-on physical lead so someone like Art who was very respectful and dorky like Richie would work great. Plus, Richie has the benefit now of knowing what it is like to be on the show and why Sam said in her interview today that Richie being in control with a team of people around him supporting him like they did her would only make it even easier for him. I think Richie knows what type of girl he wants and what type of relationship he wants. He made that pretty clear in his bio and again in interviews today so he will probably be like Art and make really good quick judgements on the women and maybe even fall for his F1 straight away like Art did with Matty. (Richie already showed he was tongue tied around Sam and said he didn't know why it was just her, similar to Art being clumsy around Matty).

but i saw happiness on mikey the last 5 days so I am all good if he picks her or not

But it is true!! … When does he smile? VERY RARELY!! ..I think the first time i saw him truly smiling was at his parents home!! It is really interesting because most of the times his facial expression is very difficult to read.

I think he is in need of a HEA to cheer him up!

that's it I KNOW NOW why you say michael is not the one... you NEVER saw their time together!!!

and he does smile but he is probably like me... I do not have a beautiful smile, always felt awkward to smile
