It's not based on the previous RC but who in that specific rose ceremony is wearing the most black and is eliminated.

It's how we knew Heather was leaving. The preview for the F3 RC showed her in Black. It confirmed she was gone.
For Lana it confirmed she was gone for FRC because she had black in her outfit and Snez had none.

So for Alex, he had a HTD and in that RC for F3 he was in the most black so eliminated.
For F3 upcoming episode and RC for F2, Richie is in most black so will be eliminated.

It's just a pattern that wardrobe (they get styled, it's not their own clothes) has them in, especially F4-FRC.
If you're in most black... your time is up.

so if we go with colors


michael: blue suit, red tie
richie: black suit, black bow tie
sasha: red suit, black tie

so michael is the only one with no black... does it mean he has the rose first??

It's very possible.
He was wearing the most white in the F3 RC and got the rose first (Sasha already had one).
