Sure.  There have been twenty something seasons of this 'show'.

Jillian took so long cutting Reid and crying over it.  Or the F3 guy dropped out and the lead had a meltdown (DeAnna and Ali).

And we can't forget Des with Brooks!

Yeah, it basically took up the whole freaking episode.

But those weren't at the actual Rose Ceremony itself and during the rose ceremony (so not after when walking the person out).

It's been a while since I've seen a Bette cry while in the Rose Ceremony itself.
Going to be a heartbreaker for sure especially since Sam herself said she cried her face off watching next week's episode when she let Richie go.

I think I will watch it on delay. Can't do it live. Gosh it makes you wonder. I personally think that if saying goodbye to someone makes you cry, and makes you cry your head off months down the track that says something. I personally believe Sam is after protection and this is understandable with everything that she had been through. That is what she will get with a relationship with Sasha. And I hope it works. How long it will last once out of the cocoon we will have to wait and see.

100% agree with this. It is understandable and predictable. It is typically what those who have gone through what Sam has will do.

@Sundy and @AllABoutLove ITA as well. In her own words "I feel safe" speaks volumes about wanting to protect herself more so that wanting to fall into crazy, unpredictable, fun love.

I will be intrigued to see if a) Richie is still single for the Bach and b) if he would take it. Australia would welcome him with open arms but will be want the focus and/or to make himself vulnerable again? TWT

I felt like the whole show, from the moment of Sasha's intro video of "maybe Sam is the one" (and not maybe I will be the one) to when Sasha was like, "tell me about yourself" at the CP on first episode, I felt like Sasha was the "Bachelor" and Sam was a contestant and this was just a way to redo Blake's season and have "Sam 4 Sash" (emphasis on him) be the theme.

Felt so producer driven... everything from the first conversation to the kiss to the gift "Sam 4 Sash" and not "Sash 4 Sam" to "Is Sam the one for Sasha" instead of "Is Sasha the one for Sam". And even the 2nd date for Sasha was all about Sasha. It was like Heather planning her white rose date for Sam Wood.

I never got the sense that Sam was the Bachelorette with Sasha.... she always felt like a contestant with "Bachelor Sasha" and her working to get him to be the lead Blake never was. Even the HTD of Sasha's, Sam acted more like a contestant going to MTP than a HTD, imo. And they brought up Blake again and then it is all about how Sasha will be protecting her and caring for her and keeping her safe, etc, etc, etc.

It's been obvious to me from day one that this was a Bachelor-show disguised as a Bachelorette show.

Sasha always overshadowed Sam... throughout the season he LEADS and she follows. With everyone else Sam is the Bette. With Sasha? Sam is the contestant and F1.

Maybe @atem can confirm this but my recollection is that the old time sleuthers on the US series used to determine the F1 by who the "bette was chasing". It was always a good rule of thumb to sleuth out the F1 except when the contestant is obviously not into the bette like Brooks was not into Des. Trista, Jillian, Ali, Ashley Rosenbaum all come to mind as well when it comes to chasing their F1's but pretty sure there were other bettes in the US series that have done the same, JMO.

I think it is usually always who the male is chasing. So if he is lead as bachelor who is he chasing and if he is a contestant then is he chasing the lead Bette. Obviously this is not a fast rule but men are hunters/chasers and are this way in this social experiment. So who is chasing and if the Bette is liking and wanting and reciprocating being chased.

ETA: my post above though was not about who is chasing who etc. It was about how the show is totally different from any Bette season I have ever seen where it almost structured like Sasha is the Bachelor.

Even the Bach AU twitter account tweeted first episode "Go Sash!". They never tweeted "Go Sam!".
And then "is SAM the one for Sasha" is the whole storyline... not is "SASHA the one for Sam". So the POV is from the male perspective and if SAM is the one for a guy.
They just turned and made repeat of Sam's season from Blake's season. Even Richie got Sam's first SD with a movie like Blake did for her and then making salad on HTD the way Blake did with the sister.
So it's not about who was chasing etc, but the actual structure of making it from Man's perspective of will SAM be the one for him.

I haven't caught up yet. Still need to watch the episode before HTD and HTD. Is that where everyone is at now? Or have we gone to the Finale?
