We get to watch a TV show and find someone we never knew before and cheer for them.
It doesn't matter how their story ends, whether they are F1 or not, or favourite or not, we get to watch their story.
And sometimes we get to see a love story too for whomever we cheer for - unrequited, heartbreaking, or happy.
Sometimes this ends in F1 sometimes not, but it is still a love story for those of us who see it.
Not all love stories have to end with the person being F1.

You know how they normally have to hide MOST of the Love story not to give it away and keep us guessing and

Well I always thought there should be an after special show with the real LOVE STORY! the one they edited so we could not guess!! ..Where we could get to see the best side or the relationship, meaningful and romantic conversations.. their extra time kissing, etc..
Well ... MORE of that time we missed! I bet that show would be a HIT in ratings! Wonder why they don't do it!!

I've been thinking about this pleasant surprise comment. Half the time I think she is telling the truth because she preempts it with sentences that will naturally bring you to this sentence. Most notable is Jackie O. She seemed quite truthful in discounting her friends guesses. But then on the other hand she has used it so often that I think it has lost its currency and does seem like a line.

But then I look at the Wippa video and Sam is so sincere in that video that it makes me believe that she is telling the truth. I think the difference with this video and Sam Woods Lana viewing is that Sam offers commentary. She states Richie is worth it and that he has beautiful eyes. I'm wondering if Sasha or Michael would be comfortable with Sam making such comments, ploy or not?  It just seems so strange. I also wonder if Sam would use Richie in such a personal way. We know Richie reads a lot of the SM and media stuff, I just don't think she would do this to him. Therefore I am yoyoing all over the place. And don't know what to think

^i just remembered she spoke about Sasha too but the context was different. It was a neutral comment. So which comment is she more likely to be lying about ? I'm with Wippa, I'm so confused.

I most be watching the show from another parallel reality!  In my reality...he is obviously ahead!

It's not my viewpoint but viewers viewpoint.
I see Sasha as F1 and always have - the viewers don't.
Those are the poll numbers as of this week and not built upon (like the TEN leaderboard ones are).
It is, IMO, because of this season started straight after Sam Woods and audiences are prepped to expect that the obvious one (Sasha) WON'T win (just like Heather).
When things are too obvious people doubt. It's just the way it is.
Has nothing to do with the show, or chemistry, or whatever.

I see Sasha as getting the "Heather' edit - they panned in on Heather's facial expressions all the time to suggest jealousy etc. They are also doing this with Sasha. I know that they played up the jealousy angle with Kaitlyn and Shawn...but this is Bachelorette Australia. Doesn't mean they will do the same here.

I agree with you. Sasha has a clear frontrunner edit. It was quiet a bit around him but after his second date he will be again in the spot of an expected F1. Also the media around Sasha is making up love stories. All the gossip is about Sasha and Sam and a little bit Michael in the mix. So I would say it does not look good for Sasha as F1.

No other forums but I visit the FACEBOOK page!.. Check on it ...at least 70% of the people ( if not more ) are giving the win to Richie, and Michael and Sasha are pretty even with around 15%15% each... i find it very interesting but again, it has happened before, there was also very popular ALI on Tim's season who carried the highest percent till she left at F3, and since the third episode for me it was Anna ahead FULL TIME!

Yes, Sasha is definitely getting the obvious edit and while viewers one may know may say Sasha will win (I too say Sasha will win) the polls and votes show that the majority of viewers don't think he will win, in fact the majority think Richie will win.

The reason for this, imo, is based on the obvious edit which viewers were misled by when watching Heather so it's not so much Sasha they think won't win it's that Sasha is the obvious one so this creates doubt that he will win and this doubt is reflected in the majority of viewers votes for those polls (which are small in number compared to viewers) but are substantiated by even Top comments on Bette Aussie FB where many are now saying Richie. Makes sense b/c he is the late/dark horse in the season and Sasha has been there day one.

That the seasons were back to back and viewers are the same viewers who watched Sam and Heather and then choose Snez, they are likely seeing it the same way that Sasha is Heather and Richie is Snez. But this time, all signs, imo, point to Sasha the obvious one being F1. And that is the surprise really, because that was expected last time and it didn't happen so it is least expected now and if it happens... surprise.

I don`t think we can compare them in case of their reaction to certain things. Because they are different people and they have different personalities and a different backstory with the show. Don`t think it`s fair to compare Sam`s reaction or what she tells in the media or in the SM to Wood`s. I can see her being straight forward and honest and not trying to lead people on. Because she can relate to her F1 as she was in his shoes. That is why she was so keen to deny the thing about her wearing the same hoodie as Sasha. It sounded more like a denying that he is not her F1. Maybe she is doing it to show her F1 how important he is to her and that she does not want a "Heather" situation happen to her and her F1.

To test it out, perhaps we can do a poll of our own and post who we think will be F1 based on all sleuthing, etc..
It will be something we can look back on with "surprise" if it is or isn't that way.

For me...

F1 = Sasha
