Why didn't Becca reach out to Ben like Tenley did? It just seems like a lot to put yourself through again for a crush.

Probably b/c it was known he would be lead and it would be controversial if she did? And probably Ben knew this too and didn't reach out either?
No differently than Ben choosing not to date someone but be lead (I am sure he would have found someone if he was not lead, in the franchise or out).
Also, if Becca is on the show I would think Ben may be aware and gave approval so who knows... he may be interested in her, too.

I understand that but Tenley reached out with the hope that he wouldn't become the bachelor. I guess Becca doesn't mind competing with 25 other women for him. It's a long shot but maybe it'll be worth it.

I don't think anything or anyone would stop Ben from being lead otherwise he wouldn't want to have had his hat in the ring in the first place.
I would think since this is Ben H, Becca sees him as worth putting herself through this again.
Who knows, it may work out it may not.
Have no idea what Ben will feel/think when he meets her.
I do think that their families are very similar in their values, etc.
I'll give her the benefit of the doubt just like I gave Ben H the benefit of the doubt for needing this show for love.
No one needs this show to find love so to me, these two are more similar than different, imo.

I think as we know, others also expressed their crush over Ben. I'm thinking, the returnee was already on the storyboard. They may have given him a few names to choose from, and said pick one, because one of them will return.

Is it mean of me to say I hope Ben eliminates her the first chance he gets? I'd rather he not have to deal with the drama a returnee brings. Plus, not a huge fan of hers so the less I have to see of her the better IMO.

Call me a cynic, but I don't think it's ONLY b/c of Ben. I think that, just like Nick, she must have in the back of her mind "oh, maybe this will change the general perception of me as someone who was 'boring and unemotional'" and "maybe, it'll open some doors for me!". She wouldn't have been flirting with Jared if she was all about Ben. JMO.

I hope she is not there long, also, but I do believe if TPTB go to the extent to bring her back, she will be there for a few episodes.

If Ben is not interested in her and yet she still goes far then I for sure will believe she will get next Bette edit (depending on the other girls), especially if F3 or so, just like GA said in the other thread, that will be like Becca getting Ben's edit with Kaitlyn where she wasn't that interested in him but he got to F3 and next lead. F3 seems like the sweet spot. Will see.
