Millsy tweeted "Miss tonight's #AfterParadise at your own peril #Bachelornation. Joe! Twitter wars! A shocking announcement."  

If MF was in Boulder last night, Ben H could have flown back on a private plane with him.
It will be interesting to see what will be "shocking" and cause "twitter wars" tonight on After Paradise.  It is probably just hype.
Nick is in LA.  He was spotted running this morning.

Pfffft to Millsy and his ABC panties in a wad.  To him, Jorge the Bartender serving gin instead of tequila is a shocking announcement.

twitter wars could be Joe Vs the rest of the cast (particularly JJ and maybe Dan) and not about the new lead.

Do we have proof of Ben travelling?

We do not. There was a Tweet where someone thought they may have seen him at the Denver airport, but other than that nothing as far as I know.
