I think Shawn is chasing Nick because he found his red, white and blue underwear in Kaitlyn's room!!

For a season all about sex, this is the least sexy season since SWSNBN. There is no mystery, there is no build up, just sex. Yuck!

I am a lurker but I must say this about Shawn.  If he is this jealous and possessive of Kaitlyn now, imagine what kind of a life she would have putting up with this kind of crap.  Because it would never end; I speak from experience.  I can't even stand the look in his eyes when he talks to her.  It's a threatening look.

ITA. I've felt/posted there's something off about Shawn since the getgo and long before even seeing Shawn confronting anyone... it is why I am hoping that I am wrong and I want to be wrong. IMO, you hit the nail on the head when it comes to the look in Shawn's eyes. I just hope for K's sake that it is just the edit because it would be a shame if later down the road all those who are defending Shawn (Kaitlyn included) find out that it's not just the edit/situation.  jmhoaa

My first impression of Shawn was from the first night after Kaitlyn was announced the bachelorette. He told her he had a huge crush on her and that had never happened so fast. I thought, yeah right, how many girls in how many bars have you used that one on?! To my surprise, when I read the boards the next day the women viewers were eating it up. When Nick told Kaitlyn (whether right or wrong to do so) about the Eskimo brothers thing I felt like my initial impression was right (IMO).

^^^The fact that no one has come forth before now and validated Shawn speaks volumes to me. jmo

Now Alanna, no one has accused that he eats children for breakfast. He has shown a temper on the show, he has shown possessiveness on the show. It isn't like people are picking up on nothing, he has acted this way, I don't think it is the only way he acted but he did do these things and he did also et upset about Jared, so no it wasn't just about Nick. So why is it so horrible for people to question if what we are being shown about Shawn on the show is genuine or not?

People do the same thing with Nick. I have read in the last day that he is a narcissist, he is manipulative, even that somehow he was the one to initiate the sex with Kaitlyn. So it is going both ways. And some of us have reached out to Nick's family, we have talked with them. Nick is a really great person in real life and yet, he is still just referred to be many as what his edit shows. Yes, Nick came back for Kaitlyn, but before that he disappeared for a year, he didn't pursue the fame that the last lead and her F1 did.

So since people keep just judging Nick on his edit, and not what we have been told by those who really know him, is it really that unfair to question Shawn?

IMO, Shawn seems to look down on those he perceives as " not on his level".  

Example: Jared, "You mean to tell me that she would chose Jared over me?"  
Example: Nick, "you are an a******!"  
Example: Kaitlyn, "I wish you were smarter..."  

This last one is what causes me to think there maybe trouble on the horizon in paradise.  

Even in the snapchat...Shawn is saying in a condescending sort of way, "It's been your turn for like the last twenty years..."  I see Kaitlyn as someone who is ok with playing second fiddle to Shawn's big ego because she just doesn't care about that stuff.  She is just happy that he loves and wants to be with her.
