Where are the LCDs and meeting her parents?

Haha, I was just kidding as the FRC wouldn't have been in Patagonia anyways, so I guess they just lost that one week where they had the group date in a National Park, with Kaitlyn and the guys just sitting in grass, and Jared got a car ride. I'm still confused why the rest of their schedule was messed up. Are the LCD in CA?

I don't really get that either, unless when they decided to scrape 4 hometowns they just decided to scrape the whole original plan? If they decided in Ireland to quickly cut down to three and then only do 2 guy family visits it may have been easier to send producers out around Ireland to plan things then try and make their original plans work with less people?

TPTB are stupid for blaming Kait and her having sex as the reason why they could not go to Patagonia. Now, this did not come from them, so I guess I should wait until they say it themselves.

Why would sex ruin the trips planned?? So many other bachelor/ette leads had sex and the show went on. Just plain weird.

See, I just do not get this.  It did not need to get derailed.  Nobody needed to know, but production used boom mics to pick up the sound, and decided to make it a focal point, unlike other seasons.  They could have left it with them kissing on the couch or kissing under the bridge.  I call BS.

I feel like they just made it up...they're like "oh, no J/J are going to tell everyone that this was always in the plan and we just did it to be cheap and overly dramatic, let's quickly make up a place that no will fact-check!"

I think the producers were over Kaitlyn and Shawn when shawn start bullying kaitlyn and that is why they start edited this way. From Kaitlyn tell Shawn he was the one things were going south and after that they just let the camera roll, come what may they did not care. Kaitlyn was not a good lead and for that she is paying the price. I am glad Nick is getting a better edit from all this.

I think LCD and meet Kaitlyn's family in Vancouver.
Then final decision/FRC is in LA.

I don't see sex with Nick ruining the show, I see Shawn being told he was the one and letting that be known and not quitting till he got his validation being what derailed everything. Sure the sex was problematic but for whom? Shawn only since that is the only person Kaitlyn told. So derailing was her "mistake" due to telling Shawn so early he was it and Shawn ready to walk out as he said he was wanting to do to the producer.

That is what fast paced the show, imo. How to keep Shawn from letting the other guys know about him being the "one"?
Everyone could see Shawn was on edge, he was losing the plot, Ben was onto it, it was unraveling and fast.

So to me, to save the season and get the only two guys Kaitlyn was interested in to actually remain on the show they fast forwarded and changed it up. What is the point in dragging everyone to HTDs when no one really wants them. And honestly, I don't think the F3/F4 wanted HTDs. Ben certainly seem relieved that he was going home rather than heartbroken so he was spared putting his family on TV.

All jmo, but I think everyone was wanting the season to be fast forwarded and over with.
Heck, I have wanted to fast forward just watching the show and have it over with for weeks now. :Nod:
