Harrison: It'll be interesting what we do at "After the Final Rose" because we've never had such a contentious relationship between the final two. So, I want to get them on the stage together. They really dislike each other and that's never going to change, especially because one of them will end up with Kaitlyn and the other will be the loser. So, that'll only increase the animosity and who knows what will be said. AFR is going to be wild.

Take it from me, I’ve heard first hand from a couple of different contestants how the “winning” person feels after learning their new fiancé has slept with someone else. Not a great way to start an engagement. And each time I’ve heard the story, the bachelor/ette always admit that sex with the other guy or girl was a mistake.

Interesting. I've never actually heard a lead say that he/she regretted sex with non-F1 publicly, so I thought everyone just pretended to be cool about it. Good to know that the F1 does usually hate it. I wonder how it's going to play out in Nick/Kaitlyn. Either he was just a fun hookup or she slept with him because she was falling for him. Either way, it sucks for Shawn.

There is something to say about self respect regardless of sex. I would not think very highly of a man approaching the same age doing the same stuff. JMOAA.

I think that roofie joke was inappropriate, absolutely, as I said before. My argument was not based around that joke... Just the general attitude that people have had about her reminds me of the people treat women who are a little offbeat. I think people have a problem with her just not taking herself as seriously as other Bachelorettes, which I think is unfair.

The roofie joke was in poor taste I have to say.
I do think she is doing everything possible to keep things in her life nice and light since she is dealing with quite a bit of darkness out in public. She is always talking about how nice people are to her on Periscope and I think she has gotten perhaps a little too comfortable about what she says/does on there.
I don't feel comfortable judging someone that has undergone such scrutiny and been put through this experience. Maybe she's mot handling as well as some others, but I have to give her credit for being herself and owning it.

What I'm getting is a party girl who really doesn't give a load of pooh what others think of her behaviour because she's the bachelorette. She and other American or Canadian young ladies, or from any country can do what they please. It doesn't matter to me, they make their choices they have to  live with them. In the case of the Bachelorette you have an opportunity to showcase your talents, which hopefully others can benefit from.

It seems to me this is just one mega party for her paying no attention to what's expected in that role and obviously doesn't care. If she thinks it's ok to be drunk and showcase that talent, then that's her choice. Just don't try to fight off the negative comments as if you'll make them stop any time soon.

Well if he was that afraid of a lawsuit he should have talked to a lawyer instead of thinking he could figure legal things out on his own. IMO there's a lot of reasons a good lawyer would advise a client that the show will never try to collect on that threat - based on several cases that have gone to court that clause would be found invalid and the show knows it.

That said I believe the producers wanted him to stay to the end and propose but it wasn't a threat that got him to do that - it was a (false) hope that he was going to get the girl.

Shawn was, IMO, manipulated by the producers but so was Nick - especially for the FRC.
JMHO
