I think these guys are friends (with benefits) and it's certainly better than last year's mean mommy and misbehaving little boy situation going on but even with no Shawn in the picture, I cannot imagine Kait and Nick together in real life. Jmo.

Is this a movie quote that I'm missing?

Considering Nick and Kaitlyn's SM postings, they often echo each other.  Usually Kaitlyn follows Nick's lead in this, which is appropriate IMO given that she has followed him in a lot of other aspects as well.  

Last year Nick had to address his views and actions regarding sex openly...she has had to now.  Nick has dealt with SM "h*ters" for over a year...she is just getting started with this.  Nick has approached his mistakes with a confident "No regrets...Be kind...Be You!" slogan...Kaitlyn's is not far off, "No regrets...Be kind...Do you!"

If I didn't know better, I'd have thought Kaitlyn hired Nick to help her wade through the media storm post show.  

Nick was always a big supporter of Kaitlyn before this season started both on SM and behind the scenes.  She said as much in interviews and his SM support is clearly present for all to see.  I think that he continues to be a supportive person for her post show at least on SM as behind the scenes might not be feasible with her present engagement.  IMO, it is clear that she has learned a lot from Nick's views on life and stance with the media.  She is following his lead and that speaks loud and clear to me that although they may not be life partners, Kaitlyn still values what she has learned from Nick.

I think she must have been stoked enough at least twice. JMOAA. If not, I can't and don't want to imagine what her idea of stoking might be.

Hahaha, that is the best description ever of that relationship.

I do personally think that their relationship went beyond friendship and that's why Kaitlyn shuts down when talking about Nick, but freely compliments Chris, Ben Z, and Jared. She just reminds me of someone talking about an ex that they've gotten over and don't want to rehash feelings for. That said, I agree that N/K could only exist in the "Bachelor Bubble" and were too different to work in the real world.

I have watched every known interview with Kaitlyn.  I find it odd that she is so adamant to say she does not regret sex with Nick, but chooses someone else.  I think she could easily play it off as "bad decision courtesy of Whiskey!" or something like that if she were with Shawn now, but she makes such a point that she does not regret it, it is ONLY the timing because it may have hurt other relationships.  I keep waiting for her to distance herself more from Nick, but she doesn't.  She goes so far as to correct people when they say "you regret sleeping with Nick" - it is like NO, it was just the timing.

Do you know what I'm saying here?  If there wasn't the video from snapchat, her behavior says "Nick" to me - 100%.  

Last but not least, the issue of Ben H asking what happened with Shawn.  It had to be sexual IMO, because he reassures her that he never talked about it with Shawn (making sure she knows he didn't kiss and tell).  He believes something happened and I think that is something you can just tell when you walk in after it happens.

If she says she shouldn't have had sex with Nick and regrets it, that leaves viewers to conclude that Nick isn't the F1. IMO that is the only option she has to respond to that question.

OTOH she may mean exactly that. She doesn't regret it. Just because someone else is the F1 doesn't mean she regretted previous sexual activity. There were a lot of other leads who had sex and didn't choose them as their F1. In her case, we are hearing about it, and so much more.  

Yes. This season is TMI, TMI. As Ben H said, "I don't want any details".

I saw that too. It hurts my Kanick heart as they seem so great for each other imo.

But isn't that only b/c of the snapchat video, really? Before that we were hearing she chose nobody and that was believable to some.

I would not be handing out an oscar to Nick or Kaitlyn if they end up together, I think that last episode showed such intense passion it was borderline soft porn. 50 Shades of Nick! So, at this point, if it weren't for snapchatgate, many people would be on the Nick bandwagon with me.

As it stands I literally think I'm the only one who thinks she chooses Nick, and even that I know is probably wrong but I can't have fun watching without thinking it's him. I'm viewing through my unicorn riding on rainbows lense. That's how much I love Nick! I need treatment, is there a therapy program around here?
