This is the best thread of the season. So much fun to see all the first time posters pop in and say hello so they can get a peek. Love_Me you constantly amaze and delight me with this site. :sending flowers

Love_Me and San, thanks for a wonderful season and I am so looking forward to the end of this one and the start of all the new ones. Great place to be with all my "friends". I look forward to "seeing" all of you on the board and I hope all the people who now have ONE post will start posting more now that the first post cherry is popped! This is truly a great place to be. :dancing peg:

That was me - what I was thinking but didn't explain was that they needed Ben F at the FRC to complete the family drama arc with Ashley choosing her heart at the FRC.

I agree with the extremely handsome richlp that Ashley might just be guilty of being too easy a tool for the producers and I hope the edit lets us get an idea of what really happened. This season has felt like Ali's season on drama steroids but Ashley herself may have had some Mesnick in her when it came to the producers.

Maybe they told her it was a set up for Ben F to be the next Bachelor and she believed them. They probably failed to tell that to Ben F and that's something she probably should have thought of.

Sorry, just giving my opinion as I thought that is what we do here........Don't like how it was done and too bad Ashley didn't do it as classy as Ali did with Chris. IMO

Unfortunately I don't think that this is EVER going to happen again, it was a one off that they so far haven't repeated. Ashley is at the mercy of TPTB, Ali was only allowed to let Chris go because TPTB thought it was good TV.

Yep, just like they did with Reid. And TPTB would never let another bachelorette lead (IMO) send the guy home before the LCD or the FRC, like MF let Ali. I don't know how Ali got that awesome deal, but props to her. They would not do that again back-to-back esp.
