I think Lacy meant exactly what she said. In her opinion Andi is not a good example of empowering women.

I'm sure Lacy knows more about Andi's ex relationship than we do.

I completely agree with the bolded. I think Lacy tells it like it is, and she thought Andi was being hypocritical with that post. i believe it's as simple as that.

The quote was about women empowering each other. I don't think Lacy's commenting had anything to do with Marcus, Josh, or those past relationships. I believe it had everything to do with how she sees Andi's interactions with other women. Again, Lacy has been around Andi on multiple occasions in the last  2+ years. People may rule out that first night of JP's Bachelor season because she was sent home, but that is a very long first evening that those women spent together. I'm sure Lacy made observations that night too.

I think Lacy was spot on. But I just disagree with her method. If you don't like her, unfollow her. Not sure what she was hoping to accomplish with that.

I'm surprised she still follows her too if she really feels that way about her. But I will say, if it were me and I witnessed someone that had a very large SM audience portraying herself as something she is not, or preaching something she doesn't necessarily live by herself, I would have a hard time biting my tongue and not saying something. That was a bold move for Lacy. She had to know it would be construed as shade and she would take some heat for it. But she did it anyway. And she didn't delete it, so she must feel very strongly about it.

That was probably something better left unsaid on Lacy's part imo. It's one thing to not be a fan of Andi's (which I'm not) but it's another when you're a bach alum and it will get noticed. On the other hand does Andi really think she's the latter in her quote?

Since Andi's next post was about Dress For Success, and her involvement with them, I think the quote she posted was directed at that. I also think that Andi is beginning to be involved in some very worthwhile organizations and charities. I applaud her for that.

I applaud her if she gets involved in anything "worthwhile" and then sticks with it longer than what it takes to use up a roll of tp.

Exactly. That will be the question. She has yet to follow through on anything she started that I have seen. It is easy enough to post something on SM...requires very little effort on her part. Same with attending some red carpet event and getting all dressed up. Not much actual effort on her part and rather fun and glamourous. If she is to get any respect from me, she will need to work for it. I'm not holding my breath.

I don't know her aside from watching her B'ette season but with all of the start ups and quitting of things I've read here, it sounds like she is somewhat lost and/or trying to find out who she is or what resonates with her. She seems conflicted between wanting to do and be good but then easily falling back to her automatic which appears to be selfish and materialistic. JMO

Yeah...this just seems like a way for Andi to get her picture taken and get some publicity, not an actual desire to support and provide for low-income women. When she pulls a Sean and does some actual charity work in private, without immediately publishing it on IG, I'll gain a little bit more respect for her but this isn't it.

So agree with the bold, for anyone really. Andi always seems to have an ulterior motive, always looking for a way to benefit her - even if it as simple as a pat on the back. (IMO) If Sean does that, then he gained a little respect from me. I'm not holding my breath when it comes to Andi.

So if she does charity work in private with no SM photos, how would we know? It's possible she is already doing that. With SM being just a snippet of a persons life, it's hard for me personally to know exactly what Andi is and isn't doing 24/7. I wish I knew more about what she is actually doing work wise, charity wise and personally, but I don't feel like I have enough info to get a handle on it.
