She seems very proud of herself that she can't get herself together before stepping out. She can't afford the 15 minutes at home to put make up on she needs to do it in a car while driving, hence a hidden talent. This is one of the most foolish things to do, along with texting and driving. If she did that in Ontario Canada, she'd be fined well over $500. She was an attorney in case anyone didn't know, as if that makes any difference.

She really isn't too bright IMO.

I've applied makeup at red lights before. Doing it while driving is crazy.

Norhing Andi can't do, she'll even make a red carpet dress on the plane ride over .

All of those things that she thinks makes her so talented, for me, are an indication of how unorganized she is. JMHO She wouldn't want me behind her in a car.

What is she so busy with anyway? You'd think she works or something.

Well, one thing for sure, is she is not driving in NYC. So she is referring to her illustrious past.

I've deleted my earlier post because I realize that I communicated my thoughts really poorly.  

There's no excuse for distracted driving.  It can be deadly, and I didn't intend to make light of it by my admission of applying makeup at red lights.  I am so sorry.

This is a huge pet pieve of mine. People die every day due to distracted driving. We've had the laws in effect for several years now and most recently, the fines increased up to $1000. I witnessed an accident because the young girl at the red light, didn't pay attention when the light turned green. She sat there texting, the oncoming car that was waiting to make a turn, floored it when they realized the she was texting. The car behind the girl, laid on the horn, she immediately started to advance, and hit that other guy. They both got charged.

When that light turns green, and that person is still too busy putting make up on, or weaving out of their lane, for sure you'll hear from me. I don't want to be part of that statistic that get killed every day because of someone else's idiotic decision to put make up on in the car or answer the phone, or text.

Back to Andi. She's at the US open. She's important, she gets around. Maybe Andy Murray is giving her tickets.

^It's not hard to get US Open tickets. She likely just bought them herself. Sitting in a player's box she ain't.

I was going to say the same as above. I could get fairly decent last minute tx for the Open should I want them.  As you can see in the photo above the stands are empty.

I lost a brother when he was 18(I was 22) due to a driving fatality. He and his 18 y.o. gf were killed(Tee-boned) almost instantly due to simply being inexperienced drivers and making a simple, horrendous error.  They were passing a tractor-trailor on I-70 and simply lost control when accelerating to pass. They weren't goofing, they weren't drinking nor drugging. He was simply inexperienced and made a fatal error that cost them their lives.
Vehicles are deadly weapons and should be treated with great respect. When you are driving, you should simply be driving and devoting all your attention to that. Accidents are called accidents for reasons, but they can be deadly.
