Older brother of Jay 'Jayboy' Mielczarek, Sasha began SDM Designs back in 2009 which has now grown to incorporate the extraordinary skills of his brother through Jayboy by SDM.

At 25, Sasha works as an Engineer after graduating from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors majoring in Mechanics, Materials and Manufacturing, and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance.

Away from school Sasha also has a love for custom cars and the art of tattooing, as well as a few pigs ears (beers) with his brother. Finishing High School in 2002, Sasha has travelled the world, from the UK and Europe through to America and South Africa playing Rugby.

It was in America in 2009 he brainstormed with his family, and with brother Jay decided to develop a business which would eventually rival all major t-shirt companies worldwide. With Jayboy's talent and Sasha's knowledge, Jayboy by SDM will be a brand to look out for.
