Re: The Bachelorette Australia - Sasha Mielczarek - *Sleuthing Spoilers*
@iamreal2u, I had the same trouble in the beginning. I could obviously see the chemistry, the attraction and all that but Sam seemed a bit young for him. However, I think it was just how they dressed him up in the first few episodes: we only saw Sasha in suits and talking/ looking pretty serious. As time goes by, I see his younger/ joking sides as well. He's actually quite funny and in his casual clothes looks very young.
Especially on the carnival dates with his red T-shirt and the sports shoes he looked very young and fresh-faced. (Sam checked him out a few times. Me too tbh, he looked so hot) Suits make him look serious and older (see picture above), but I think his day to day life he is fun-loving and probably has an immature side to him.

I don't really see one being serious & the other being "funner" (not a word but using it for illustration here) as a detriment as long as both get each other.
That being said I didn't really expect Sam to fall as hard for Sash right off the bat but I get it now. We will see if Sash is F1, could easily be any of the other top contenders at this point. Until we get more screencaps, I am not convinced we have enough to rule anyone out yet. But Sasha is a lovely guy & seems quite accomplished in life as well, JMO.

@mercieme, I think our posts were misunderstood.
We are not comparing anyone to Sasha. I was personally just evaluating their compatibility as a couple. I acknowledged that he seemed a little serious in the beginning but that I don't see that anymore.
I 100% think Sasha is amazing and I have been #TeamSasha since day 1. I totally get why Sam likes him. Obviously it's not up to us to rule anybody out, but I want Sasha to win and have always said that since the show started.

Agree sometimes he does look young but then I see this and I wonder:EmmK wrote:@iamreal2u, I had the same trouble in the beginning. Thanks @EmmK....I understood what you were saying. My post was just saying that both Sam & Sasha could still have a great relationship even if one of them is considered "serious" & the other "fun or funner" so long as both of them get each other.
I really like Sasha as well & I really think if he is F1, him & Sammy will make a good go of their relationship, JMO.

we also saw him assocated with dave, kayne and davey.... not the most serious guys from the bunch no?
may I had that davey was seen cosy with a brunnette recently and partying a lot. same with dave (read something that he found even love?). Kayne is seen a lot lately on the SM.

Ok I am up to Episode 4 now....and Sash has really grown on me. I was trying to understand why Sammy was so gaga right off the bat about him and really wanted to observe how their relationship develop before making up my mind about him. Love the thoughtfulness of that gift that Sash made for Sammy, though I realize he must have gotten some help with getting the materials from the producers but the things Sash noted on the drawing were really heartfelt IMO. As for his looks he might not be as hawt as Michael & Richie but he looks good as well and really has a great side view, JMO.

@mercieme, keep watching! He is incredibly sweet, genuine and very down to earth without a hint of arrogance. I particularly love how he gets worried about getting a rose when we all know he is obviously not going home any time soon. To me he is the star of the season. That's why I find it so sad when some people in this forum attack him personally by calling him controlling.
It doesn't hurt that he is really sexy as well. Definitely the sexiest of the bunch in my opinion. I know people find Michael handsome, but his skinny jeans and his inability to emote are really off-putting.

Re: The Bachelorette Australia - Sasha Mielczarek - *Sleuthing Spoilers*
From the M&G 1st episode I really liked Richie, so there's too much to explain why and how, but he is "my person", so I'm rooting for him ... but that doesn't mean I want him with Sam if she's not into him. I guess "it helps" that I'm not Sam's fan and I didn't invest my time to try to get to know her, so to me it doesn't change who she picks, because I don't care much and I don't know enough to make any assumption who would fit better in her life.
That said, I admit I view Sasha as a nice looking man, but not my type of a "pretty face boy" I would go for (and I'm completely aware that my glasses of viewing "the beauty" are my personal issues)... so I have no emotional attachment to him.
His initial M&G moments also didn't persuade me to be much interested in him at all and it was only after the clear "crush" shown from Sam and her going all "girly" with him that I've started to pay attention and I'm still curious where it leads.
In the meantime, I only got to appreciate Sasha's personality and his character. I honestly don't find him arrogant, controlling or aggressive as some critics may have pointed out.
Even his "seriousness" I view it as a conscious decision to have the "right intentions" and so I don't see him as "playing the game" or just "going for the win". Of course when testosterone flies ... you never know what insecurities might trigger ... so I guess his "hard-core" stance is more because of the unnatural situation and I don't take it as the daily life issue.
I also wrote in another thread, that I have an older friend, who is like a big brother to me, who Sasha reminds me of a bit, so from that POV, I would say that Sasha may not be the "typical manly-man" and there are probably the preconceptions that people have of him ... and that shouldn't be something he has to think about (or fight against) ... because it's other people's problem ... but I understand it's hard, when you are faced with the prejudice and you have to deal with it, because it influences your life.
Also, for all Sasha's fans/supporters ... keep in mind that usually the others don't support your man because they don't see the "beauty" in him (not just physical, I'm talking about the soul), so it's natural that they can't understand him and will find his flaws negative ... while for a person we like and support we can view every flaw/mistake as a positive challenge/lesson to overcome.
So to conclude, I wish him well and I hope this experience can bring him joy and some nice outcome, with the girl or not.
