"The Bachelorette" 2011 Spoilers: Eliminated Contestants, Season 7 Early Eliminations

"The Bachelorette" 2011 spoilers are coming fast and furiously from Reality Steve already. 15 of the 25 contestants have been named already, however, it's now known that quite a few have been sent home. This season's list of "Bachelorette" contestants look especially hot and hold amazing careers. Ashley Herbert, as "Bachelor" fans know, is a career-driven woman herself, so she will require a good crop of guys who are high achievers. Who are some of the eliminated contestants of "The Bachelorette"?

Reality Steve blogs that 28-year-old West Lee of Columbia, South Carolina is an eliminated contestant. Steve doesn't specify what episode West went home in, but he's one of the early ones out.

Former Marine, Jon Ellsworth of Vancouver, Washington is another "Bachelorette" contestant who faced early elimination. He's a 26-year-old whose web site, Peeka.com will be launching shortly, Steve blogged.

Other eliminated "Bachelorette" contestants of 2011 include: Bentley Williams, Chris Drish, Frank Carpenter, and Mike Burns. They may be the ones sent home during the premiere episode.


The first episode of "The Bachelorette" and "The Bachelor" always have a large number of eliminations on opening night. Talk about not enough of a chance to make a solid impression. The margin for error is virtually zero.

As Ashley and her cast of 25 bachelors continue filming, more will come from the reality insider on what's to come during the 2011 "Bachelorette" season. So far there haven't been any big dramas with the contestants, but it's early in the game.

5 Things You Need to Know About Season 7 Bachelorette Contestant Jon Ellsworth

Jon Ellsworth is reportedly one of the contestants vying for Ashley Hebert’s affections on Season 7 of The Bachelorette. Here are a few things to know about the 26-year-old bachelor from Vancouver, Washington:

He's an ex-Marine: Tough guy alert! Jon was in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2004 to 2009. He served with Operation Talon Vision in the South China Sea and Philippines, and offered “East Asian Support” in Operation Enduring Freedom. And get this — he reportedly had career perfect physical fitness test scores. We hope there are plenty of shirtless scenes to show off his Kiptyn Locke-worthy abs.

He's well-traveled: Trips around the world won't be, uh, foreign to this guy. He's been deployed to Mt. Suribachi, Iwo Jima, Iwakuni and Hiroshima, Japan; Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands; Micronesia; South China Sea; Philippines; Pearl Harbor; and Alaska.

He's a weapons expert: Don't tick off Jon! This weapons specialist is a four-time M16 expert rifleman. He was Division Crew Leader and Division Supervisor of high explosive bombs, rockets, ammunition, and missiles on the F-18 Delta/Charlie fighter jet.

He has spy potential: According to his LinkedIn profile, Jon was offered a position at the Pentagon upon reenlistment for high profile political security and counter intel.

He's an entrepreneur: In a complete break from the military stuff, he's now the president of a start-up site called Peeka.com, billed as "The world’s first reverse auction where items drop in price according to the level of consumer participation (Peeking) and where the discounts provided are in turn controlled by the consumer.. Not the seller!” It was set to open April 2011.

Here are a few things to know about the 28-year-old bachelor from Columbia, South Carolina:

He's an acting politician — like the Governator: He likes snowboarding, playing guitar, writing, acting and politics. At Clemson University in South Carolina — where he received his B.A. in Spanish, Political Science, and Speech & Communication — he wrote for the student newspaper, acted with the Clemson Players and was elected a Student Senator.

He can whisper sweet nothings in Spanish: He speaks fluent Spanish, having studied abroad at Universitat Rovira i Virgili in Tarragona, Spain in 2001.

He's a frat boy: He pledged Phi Delta Theta at Clemson and Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity at Washington and Lee University law school.

He's a lawyer: He's been working as an Assistant Attorney General at the South Carolina Attorney General's Office since September 2008.

He has a tragic past: According to Reality Steve, West got married right out of college but his wife passed away a few years ago. Will that tragedy be part of his story on The Bachelorette, a la Chris Lambton and Emily Maynard?

Maine’s new Bachelorette

Our hearts broke for Maine gal Ashley Hebert when her run on the 15th season of ABC’s The Bachelor came to an end. After a home run first date with Brad Womack, Ashley was a front runner on the show, bringing the handsome Texan home to Madawaska to introduce him to her family (and to the cheesy, French fried goodness of poutine). But after she made it to the final three, Brad said goodbye to Ashley in South Africa, saying he questioned where he’d fit into her life after the show.

But now Ashley, a 26-year-old dental student living in Philadelphia, will be the one handing out roses — ABC has crowned her its new Bachelorette. What’s she think about the role reversal? We caught up with Ashley’s older sister, Portlander Chrystie Corns, who helped to size up Brad on Ashley’s hometown date, to find out. Chrystie is president of Thirteen Thirty Marketing, a social marketing consulting firm, and also runs a couponing website, I Love To Gossip.

L&L: Hi Chrystie! Please fill us in on what Ashley’s up to now. What does she think about having 25 men to choose from?

CC: Ashley is away taping her season of The Bachelorette. She is really looking forward to the opportunity to be in the driver’s seat and take her chance at finding love. When Ashley returned from The Bachelor, though she was not chosen, she was adamant about the fact that she “believed in the process” and felt like finding love on the Bachelor/Bachelorette was indeed possible.

L&L: What did Ashley take away from her experience on The Bachelor? She left the show with some regrets; do you think that will shape her experience on The Bachelorette?

CC: Ashley learned a lot from being on The Bachelor. One of her regrets was probably remaining somewhat guarded with her feelings towards Brad. I think in this season of The Bachelorette, we will see Ashley vulnerable and more open to the idea of falling completely head over heels with someone.

L&L: What was your experience, as her sister, watching The Bachelor? You two seem quite close. Did you worry about her? What was your reaction when you saw Brad end things with Ashley?

CC: As her older sister, it was at times hard for me to watch her. As we all know, editing can really shape the way a person is perceived on the show. I think there were several times where she was shown as insecure and that is just not the sister I know. We are indeed very close and talk on the phone probably 5x a day. The Ashley I know is self-confident, extremely smart and down to earth. I’m looking forward to seeing all of her true colors come through on this season of The Bachelorette.

I, personally, was really glad Brad ended things the way he did with my sister. He showed her great respect in taking her aside and letting her go there, rather than go through the humiliation of not getting a rose. But likewise, I love love love how my sister handled the situation in staying true to her feelings and not telling him she was in love with him, just because that’s what he wanted to hear. I was really proud of her for that.

L&L: What was your impression of Brad on the hometown date? Was Madawaska all abuzz when the show taped there?

CC: When the hometown date came around, the entire town was buzzing. It’s hard to hide a 20+ person camera crew, especially since they had booked up rooms at all 3 hotels in town. People were passing by our house, taking pictures, etc. It was crazy. We were very excited to meet Brad, but more excited to see my sister, as we had not been able to talk to her for 5 weeks. My family thought that Brad was a true gentleman with great manners and a sparkle in his eye for my sister. They did seem like they had a special relationship, it was really cute to watch.

L&L: Is Ashley looking to find a husband on The Bachelorette? Does she plan to have her wedding in Maine someday?

CC: As, I mentioned before, Ashley does believe that it’s possible to find love on a TV show. She is at a point in her life where for the first time in 8 years, she will no longer be in school, and is ready to start her life with someone. The world is her oyster.

Though I don’t see Ashley returning to Maine to live (she’s more of a warm weather girl), I can see her coming back here to get married. This is where her family lives, and Maine will always be her home.

The Bachelorette premieres Monday, May 23 at 9 p.m. on ABC.

Ashley Hebert and her cast of men for "The Bachelorette" 2011 is now filming in Asia. The past few seasons of the reality romance series has visited a multitude of exotic locations and Ashley's season is no exception. Reality Steve blogged about the locations "The Bachelorette" cast and crew have visited so far in Thailand and Hong Kong. With a little research, photos of viewers can expect to see are available.

Currently the cast are staying at the Conrad Hotel in Hong Kong. The resort rises 61 floors above the city and has panoramic views. The spectacular hotel has a contemporary exterior
with sensatinal interior designs of marble floors and ornate lighting. See photos on their web site HERE.

Before "The Bachelorette" cast and crew headed to Hong Kong, they were in Chaing Mai, Thailand where they stayed at the Oriental Madarin Dara Dhevi. This palace-like resort will make Ashley's season even more romantic. See photos HERE.

When the cast and crew were in Phuket, Thailand, they checked in at the Renaissance Phuket Resort and Spa. Weather conditions deterred them from filming outdoors and a lot of the footage had to be done inside. Given the stunning surroundings of the resort, that's not necessarily a bad thing. Viewers will have a lot of beautiful scenery and romantic backdrops to see as they watch Ashley Hebert find love on "The Bachelorette" 2011. There are still four or five weeks of filming remaining for the show, so we'll see even more fun places that the cast will visit.

Latest from 'The Bachelorette' production: Where is Ashley Hebert now?

The next season of The Bachelorette is getting ready to air on Channel 15 in Tempe this May, but production on the season is still on-going. Mike Fleiss, the creator of the series, revealed to Entertainment Tonight that the season is currently down to six men with Ashley Hebert currently film dates in Asia. The series does take its hopefuls around the world, so a trip to Asia is not out of the norm.
Ashley was one of the final three from Brad Womack's season of The Bachelor, but he sent her home before the finale when things between he and Ashley fell apart of their overnight date. Ashley has made some drastic changes since the end of filming for The Bachelor. A new look is among them. Going from blone to brunette just before taping for the season began on March 15.

Things should wrap up just before the season premiere of The Bachelorette on May 23 on ABC Channel 15 in Tempe. 5 Reasons ‘Bachelorette’ Ashley Hebert Won’t Find Love

The newest season of The Bachelorette is currently being filmed, and rumors are swirling that Ashley Hebert is presently narrowing down her suitors in an exotic Eastern tour de force with stops in Phuket, Chaing Mai, and Hong Kong.

I loved watching Ashely on Brad's season of The Bachelor because she was so smart and natural -- just like us, right? But that has me worried about her potential to find l-o-v-e on her season, because goodness knows we wouldn't be able to find a husband on that show.

There are five things that have me concerned.

1) She had a hard time watching Brad woo other ladies on the show. How is she going to handle dating 25 guys when she was uncomfortable watching Brad do it?

2) She's too smart to put up with the reality show baloney. With a degree in dentistry from an Ivy league school (UPenn), it's possible she'd want to cut the group of guys from 25 down to 5 in one fell swoop, and I can't blame her. She might get frustrated putting up with the duds because the show makes her, even though she knows they need to go home. And a frustrated Bachelorette is not necessarily open to finding love.

3) She's 26. While she may be wise beyond her years and very well educated, I still think Ashley is a little too young to be looking to settle down. She has so much time still ahead of her -- I'd rather see her find love naturally than on TV. Who knows -- she could feel the same way, and instead of taking the process very seriously, she could just view it as a fun time.

4) I don't think the caliber of men she's looking for will go on the show. Ashley is smart, gorgeous, and has a great personality. I hope that she meets her match on the show, but I've been constantly disappointed with the selection of male contestants The Bachelorette casts. Jake Pavelka much? Ugh. Perhaps their applicant pool just isn't that great, and Ashley may suffer because of it.

5) She's not crazy enough. Not even close. Good for her, bad for reality TV. I mean, Brad's other cast-off, Chantal, would've been a drunk mess. Bad for her, good for reality TV. Since Ash isn't emotional (I remember her closing up more than she opened up), maybe a staged show with camera crews and awkward interviews won't suit the petite brunette.

1. Ben Castoriano is a lawyer from New Orleans. He was born in Paris and raised in London, meaning he probably speaks French and has a sexy accent. According to Ben's bio at the N'Orleans firm Frilot L.L.C.:
"Ben M. Castoriano is an associate with the firm, practicing primarily in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Castoriano handles a wide variety of cases including contract disputes, intellectual property litigation, and railroad litigation. After receiving his Bachelor of Science, Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Richmond, Mr. Castoriano earned his law degree from Tulane University Law School in 2007. While at Tulane, Mr. Castoriano earned his Certificate in International Business from Queen Mary Intellectual Property Institute in London, England. He also worked as an extern for United States District Judge Sarah S. Vance in the Eastern District of Louisiana."

4. Ryan "Mickey" McLean, 30, is an Ohio chef and Cosmo's "Ohio bachelor 2010." In his Cosmo profile, he describes himself as "loyal, optimistic, and easygoing." His other reveals? He likes girls who are laid-back; he Facebook-stalks girls before going out with them; he manscapes; and he's had sex on a golf course. The more you know! 6. Anthony Santucci, 27, from New Jersey.

7. Mike Burns, from San Diego.

8. Bentley Williams, 28, from Tampa, is currently living in Alpine, Utah. According to Steve, this guy is a divorced Mormon with a 2-year-old daughter named Cozette, but they call her "Cozy." He graduated from BYU with a degree in finance and used to work for Goldman Sachs.

9. Blake Julian, originally from Colorado but now living in Greenville, South Carolina, is a dentist who graduated from the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 2010. This is the guy Bachelor Pad winner Natalie Getz gushes about in this MySpace video, where she rates all of Ashley's guys so far. Nat calls Blake "Mr. Getz." If things don't work out with Ashley, Blake has a fallback gal!

10. Ben Flajnik is a Northern California native who currently lives in San Diego and co-owns a winery in Sonoma.

11. Nick Peterson, of Tampa, Florida, played minor league baseball in the Yankee organization and is currently a personal trainer at Peety's Personal Training. His site says, "... I just can't fix ugly." Charming!

12. Frank Carpenter is the Assistant Director of Admissions at the Art Institute of Nashville. He likes to sing and ballroom dance and was a cheerleader in college. Listen to him belt out "I Ain't Your Guy" — and hope that Ashley never has to hear it.

13. Rob Dahm, 27 or 28, of Monroe, Michigan, owns a computer company with his brother.

14. Stephen D'Amico of Manhattan Beach, California, is a stylist at Hush Hush Hair Salon. He does seem to have nice hair.

Cupid’s Bow Aimed on Love for Season 7 of ‘The Bachelorette’ With Ashley Hebert!

It’s been a few months since Brad Womack bid Ashley Herbert farewell, as she left South Africa brokenhearted and in tears, but starting May 23, the season 15 contestant will be back on ABC – and this time, she’ll be handing out the roses! The spunky 26-year-old dental student from Maine will be the seventh lucky lady featured on The Bachelorette, with 25 eligible bachelors vying to be her husband. We had such a great time watching Brad and Emily Maynard’s love story on The Bachelor, and we can hardly wait to see what’s in store for the newly brunette Ashley!

In a recent article from People, Ashley proclaimed her excitement for the upcoming season and said, “I’m open hearted and interested in meeting the guys,” and added that hopefully, she’ll “fall in love.” Cupid’s Pulse shares her enthusiasm for her upcoming journey to find love, and we’ll be right there with Ashley every step of the way through each rose ceremony!
