The Bachelorette 11 - Kaitlyn Bristowe - *NO SPOILERS* - FRC Ended - Now Contains Spoilers - Discussion

Just had another thought - maybe Nick told her about what Shawn said out of desperation like what Matilda did to Dani on her last date with Art. Maybe Nick is worried about her connection with Shawn and knows that Shawn has been badmouthing him so fear drove him to blurt it out. She certainly didn't seem pleased to hear him say it and he kind of back-pedalled pretty quickly.

Nope, Nick was not a tattler on Andi's season. I am a Nick Chick, but I try to be fair to other people and when Nick does something that isn't too cool, I like to be fair and say so.

I adore Nick, but I just don't like him with Kaitlyn, she is not bringing out the sensitive and confident Nick I feel for in Andi's season. To me the tattling on Shawn and even the bothering to fight with Shawn is just not a good look on Nick.

Katiebelle, the guys from Andi's season confronted Nick last season, I can't find a clip, but here is a link to the season on youtube

I am not sure this is just Andi's season, just looked for the link for her season. If you like Nick her season is worth watching. To me he was even more incredible on that season.

I miss NZ too, I will try to keep up with you all through Aussie too.

Yes you do need to come and visit! The South Island, where I'm from, is even more beautiful than the North where they filmed the show. Peter Jackson filmed his Lord of the Rings and Hobbit trilogies here and the scenery is stunning. India is a little out of the way though - might be best to come via some of the gorgeous tropical islands in the Pacific like Fiji or Vanuatu.

Love to chat with you during the Aussie season. I'm hoping it will be like the NZ one and a little less full on.

One of the graduate students I have tutored during my time here is from NZ so we actually have a coffee table book that he brought us back and a few other trinkets as well. So I might get hubby there. He has traveled more than me, so he is harder to convince.

I would love to visit all of NZ. I have to prepare though, the South Island can be cold, can't it? I am a true southerner, Tennessee will be the furthest north I have ever lived. I am probably going to cry when it snows for the second time in the same winter and if I have to drive on ice I will cry. Luckily hubby and I will be working at the same place, so I can make him drive most days.

Stuckinsc - you won't like it here at the moment. It's currently snowing! Great if you are a skiers like my family are. Come in the summer as it can get quite warm - some days as high as 35oC not sure what that is in Fahrenheit.

So - Kaitlyn has just finished her overnight with Ben and I have just got to say this.

I love him!

He is so gorgeous and sweet.

BUT... She's not going to pick him. She's after passion and drama IMO and he's not that. And there were too many woodpecker kisses as my husband and I call them. I also find it interesting that he started the show at 25 and shows way more maturity than this nearly 30 year Bachelorette.

Not sure if he would make a great Bachelor. Although Art was only 26 and he was fantastic. Maybe if they had younger contestants like they did in the NZ version and made the show a little more PG rather than x rated for a change?

Do you think she slept with him on the overnight? I'm not sure and would love to know your thoughts.

Off now to watch Shawns overnight. I'm getting to the stage where I just can't stand him.

Thought Kaitlyn's and Shawn's golfing date was hilarious. Loved that he was a good sport about the dare. I can see them having a lot of fun together when all the angst and drama is over.

But I had a wee chuckle to myself when he accused Nick of acting like a 16 year old girl and then getting into it with Nick again after he left Kaitlyn the next morning.

I think Nick had a very valid point. When Shawn came into his room after Nick's overnight he just spewed out all this stuff and walked away and never really let Nick respond. And he did the same again - he sat down, yelled and talked over Nick and then told Nick to leave before he could respond again.

Just watched Kaitlyn meeting Nick's family. They are so lovely! He's a very lucky man to have such amazing support. I keep on forgetting that he has already been a final 2 situation before and lost out. I bet he will be gutted if she picks Shawn. He said "I love you" and told her he wants babies!!!!!! Awwwww. My hearts just melting.

If he doesn't win he definitely gets my vote for being the next Bachelor - he deserves it! Plus he's that great combination of sweet and charming and just a little bit naughty.

I'm just in two minds about who I want to win. Most of the time I want Nick to win as I don't want to see him hurt but I honestly don't think they would be able to have a successful long term relationship. Plus he'd make a fantastic Bachelor on the next series.
