I'd have to guess Andi. 
Josh proposed as is wanted for an ending.  Nick drove up ratings because he was polarizing and he is on again so guess he didn't make it the "same" since the tweet says better. 

Wow, bold dig by Fliess.  They rarely dump on their former leads.  Jake P & JPG come to mind.  Anyone else?

I don't want to get into an Andi discussion but it was discussed in detail all throughout her season, that she was not liked by some of TPTB. Speculation on our part.
