Man...I would have wished K didn't leak her snapchat! Omg, RS would have been duped again!! And to be honest, it would have made for better TV for all of us.

^^^RS WAS duped. And he had to admit it. He won't be able to say that he pulled out "the right" ending before the end like he does with Ali's season and Brad (2).... the last minute save. In this case, Kaitlyn has spoiled her own season. I hope that Shawn is the early sex guy... and if so, perhaps he encouraged the little leak so that when that episode airs she won't take so much heat.

felt he had the best sources out there. I wonder how he picks and chooses who's telling him the truth, clearly he doesn't know how to determine that. Since he likes to triple quadruple check, there must have been a whole sleuth of them in on it.

I want to be one of those foiler people.

^ He was duped and had to admit it, but I wished it had been at the end like it was for Des. I remember there was like 8 minutes left or something and RS STILL thought Brooks was gonna come back LOL. And we got the BEST proposal (IMO) of course. I guess I also wanted that same reaction. It's like we read the spoilers because lets be real who can't resist? And then we're shocked at the end, it's a win-win for those who love spoilers but a surprise at the same time. haha.

IA - for me it's all about sleuthing. I could do without the spoilers, but since that's impossible, a foiled ending it for me, is 2nd best next to hockey.

Which raises one of the most interesting aspects (to me anyway) of spoilers vs foilers. As I recall there have been several seasons where spoilers have been wrong at least at some point - Ali / Brad2 / Des and now Kaitlyn.

Des' season proved one thing to me - that if the show wants to put a foiler out there - they can and will do it. Remember it wasn't only RS that was foiled that season - there were sources here that got the same wrong information from previously reliable sources so that season they made an effort to make sure all sources gave the same bad information; that can't be easy to do so normally they don't both doing it. They do things for a reason and at best I have only a hunch as to why.

This season may also have been a planned foiler season (or so it appears) so IMO they did this intentionally - they wanted information out there that Kaitlyn was single and we wouldn't know any different save for the stupid mistake (and IMO it was a mistake) that Kaitlyn made on snapchat. So again I ask myself why did they do this?

I think they like to keep RS in check. Give him some power, let him get it right a lot then pull the rug out from under him. Honestly, it is why I don't care what US or anything report until we see it. I think lots of wrong information could still be out there.

IA this season was suppose to be the foiler season which I admit, I'm not happy that K screwed it all up.

From information given to me/us a few years back, before the legal battles, MF does not like RS, end of story. I like to think the foiler is strictly for the sake of getting RS's panties in a knot.

We still have a several weeks to go. Ali went from single to engaged to Chris to Roberto back to single so often however sleuthers didn't pay to much attention. They had it right in the end.

Didn't RS say he had a picture of Chantal and Brad at Thanksgiving dinner?  So, did TPTB set up a fake Thanksgiving dinner table and take a picture of Brad and Chantal?  

The original intrigue of who will they choose, which kept viewers tuned in, has been ruined by spoilers.  That confidentiality of the ending is important enough to MF to the point of a $5M penalty clause.  

With Kaitlyn spoiling her own season, the intrigue of Nick vs Shawn is no longer available, MF probably traded his bus in for a steamroller, that's why I said when the snap chat first appeared, Flat Kaitlyn will be appearing at the ATFR.

In his spreecast, it's pretty obvious that he doesn't "quadruple" check. He actually said that he just goes off on intuition when vetting out his sources. It seemed like there was just one person who was telling him that both Kaitlin was single and Shawn was up for the Bachelor. It's sad that he's still so confident in his intuition as it has been wrong about 50% of the time.

^ Funny how RS is wrong so much with the Bachelorette show even more than the Bachelor.
No surprise really. No such thing as "guy intuition" as we learned last episode and if RS is going to get foiled it is no surprise to me it would be when it is a female lead.
