Married At First Sight - Season 2 - Sean Varricchio - Davina Kullar - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

This is the part that I will NEVER understand about Reality TV personalities. Given the above from Joshfan and Reaper whose postings I take at face value, why would you risk this stuff coming out about you? It can't be undone of course, but why when you know that this is your past do you risk it getting out to such a mass audience and for discussion on message boards etc.
I will also say that I would not post about a former friend, boyfriend or girlfriend. What is in the public domain such as a police record is different in my mind.

This very subject came up in a TV discussion of the Lufthansa pilot and his problems, what is the line that crosses too much info and not enough? Someone questioned if the former girlfriend should have spoken up sooner. It all comes down to the availability of social media today and the fact that we have a very small expectation of privacy now.

Look I don't want to beat a dead horse...but we are talking about being personally told this lie when he and I first met and witnessing it continue until the present day (he still never came clean to me or the others that he led on about the M.D. thing). Within the past year even he has told just needless lies about stuff that I would have to assume he thinks people care about or will be impressed by. It got to the point where I truly believe he started telling so many, and was so comfortable in doing so, he lost track...because the stories would overlap each other and not make sense OR he would go to tell the story again and replace key details with new ones. It became comical but also alarming/frightening. I always maintained the belief that he was harmless, and perhaps I was/am right and it just has to do with some deep rooted psychological issues from being bullied as a kid. As far as the "off camera confrontation" I am 99.9% sure it never happened. They film stuff and set stuff like that up all the time on reality shows...you would be surprised how much of the stuff is scripted. I know partly from talking to him and from my brother being on a reality show two years ago on Spike TV. Sean can get a little snooty on his high horse with people but he is 100% not some tough guy who would confront the hotel staff in a way that would require A&E to turn the cameras off. Again, another example, he would talk about how he told so and so off (leaving out names and details for the reasons in the last post), and myself and others would later find out no such conversation, let alone confrontation, ever occurred. So, that made me laugh last night because the whole "I was a tough guy and made a big scene" thing was another repetitive lie he told...about the SAME THING alllll the time! He is also a self-proclaimed player and ladies man and even admitted that he over compensated when girls starting finally paying attention to him in his 20s. Again, I attribute that to being the guy in high school and college who never kissed a girl or had a date, now he is making up for lost time (hence his hurry to get into bed with Davina). I know I said it before, he's not a bad or evil person, I think deep down he's a good person...just kind of weird and has some psych/mental issues for a guy who is 34 years old and acts like he's 22 that's all.

There was an interesting fb comment in the below link where a female commented that she served Sean at a restaurant which he was there with a blond on a date and openly talked about being on the show...

I found the comment on the MAFS Facebook site, "Jennifer Lynn I served the guy in this pic at my restaurant.... He was with a blonde on a date so I doubt he is still married. He was telling us about being on the show though"

The Facebook commenter posted this under the picture of Sean and Davina in bed. Well, the poster is either stirring the pot for attention or really saw Sean with another girl. Bummer. They were my favorite after ep 1.  

Oy!! Now I am a tiny bit disappointed. I really have zero interest in watching this season if all three couples are divorced (or heading that way). Pretty obvious why FYI or AETV (or whatever the network) really has a vested interest in keeping this a secret as I imagine that I am not alone on not wanting to put in the energy if everyone is already broken up.

It would make sense if they were divorced since in the preview they aren't very close when asked if they want to stay married or not. Also, TheReaper who posted above said he told them he got a divorce so

Yep! Bummer for Davina. I really like her.

Such a shame. Sean came across sincere in last week's episode and now it seems instead he could have Borderline Personality Disorder.

I noticed in Davina's ITM's last night (the ones she is wearing a different jacket than the one she wore with Sean) - her body language and expression seem a bit annoyed. Also, she is not wearing her wedding ring so I wonder what more happened around the lost ring incident.

She made one statement about previously giving in to instant passion and then having it immediately burn out. Something in her tone left me feeling she already has alarm bells going off around her and Sean's relationship. I can't help but wonder if she has her own issues around giving herself outside of love. It seemed she might be ok with intimacy on the first night if she thought it could be private.

I can't decide if she is modest or just wanting the world to believe she is. I wonder if the cold-weather location for their honeymoon may have been a result of Davina refusing to be on camera in a bathing suit. The 2 piece, long-sleeved black pajamas were screaming "I am a good and modest girl and so if we cross the line tonight it won't be because I invited it."

Davina looked so blissfully happy at their wedding and in the hours following. I don't seem that same bliss on her face in previews.
