This is why I don't ever post in things like this, it's a waste of my time.. Anything I say, people are still going to have doubts.. The fact that anyone would think Davinas apt purchase was strategic, has a lot of time on their hands. Davinas old apt was up for sale 2 months before she even knew she was going to go on the show. Her new apartment was already purchased & waiting to be finished. This had nothing to do with the show. When she auditioned, they ask them what their deal breaker is, her one deal breaker was that she has to stay in Manhattan.. It was even said on the show, how hard is this for viewers to understand. Sean was well aware of this, bottom line, Sean was the one who didn't want this to compromise. He works a job where he works 3 days a week, & is off for 4, even on his days off he still did not make an attempt to see Davina or to take her on 1 single date off camera. How do you expect to sign up for a marraige show & not take your wife on one date, that wasn't paid for by production. *editI* She didn't compromise. She works 5 days a week in Manhattan & tried to see Sean, however as seen on the show, he is checked out, & wants nothing to do with getting to know her, all he wanted was camera time. ,He would not come to Manhattan, in the apartment that they were supposed to live in, paid for by production. When one person (Davina) is trying so hard to make this work, & asking to see Sean & that she wants to be intimate at the time, & Sean will not give anything back, that is called compromise. You can't be the only one who wants to make the relationship work. Moving (actually coming to Manhattan for filming is what I will call it) Bc he never moved, ask him how many times he slept in that apartment, for a show, where that was part of his contract, to live in Manhattan, this is not compromise. Jackson NJ is an hour & 15 min away from
Manhattan, & millions of people commute everyday from NJ to NY, people are acting as though, he had to moe to Egypt.. This is all that I'm saying!

I think Davina should've communicated to the experts that it was a must that she be paired with someone already living in Manhattan and in the same income bracket as hers. Her lifestyle and where she wants to live is so much different than Sean's. Sean should also have stipulated where he was willing to relocate. Moving/living in Manhattan would be a huge change for someone who lives in a Jersey suburb. imo

I think there is still more we need to see as viewers Notablogperson. We don't have any personal ties to Davina like yourself. We didn't see it firsthand. We are only seeing what is going on our tv sets. What I saw was a woman that would not compromise on where she lived. Even when she saw he was uncomfortable she did nothing to make him feel more at home in a new city. That is what has been portrayed on the show. If Sean only saw Davina during filming days, well I agree. That's messed up.

People are going to see what they want to see and hear what they want to hear. Believe me, I understand your frustration! There are many who believe everything that you are saying and that is what you need to focus on.
The truth is going to come out the minute the finale airs and you and I can both say, "I told you so." People are saying Davina is playing the "victim" and you know what, she IS a victim. A victim of this process which failed her miserably. A victim who unfortunately, at this time, can't have a voice.

Sean is a master manipulator and people who are narcissistic sociopaths have mastered the art of deceit.
I understand that viewers, who have no inside connection, find it hard to believe that this man could possibly be the way we portray him. Like I said, he is a master at his trade.

From the beginning, he bragged that this would open the doors to other TV opportunities. I was THERE when he said it. This is what he wanted and in doing so, his dirty laundry is out there for all to possibly see.
