I'm guessing he was exhausted and ready for some quiet time and sleep and really not in the mood to answer questions.

Chris was simultaneously fielding Pap Henry's questions, signing autographs,and posing for pics with fans. Whitney politely stepped aside because he is after all the one on DWTS.

That Jake did such a good job of faking it in public, when Vienna later said he wouldn't even touch her in private, IMO is a very good example of why the couple's relationship can't accurately be judged by media appearances.

I watched the video and didn't see anything amiss. We saw them walk up & walk away holding hands. The rest of the time Chris was signing & in a pic as well as answering questions. He also said some really nice things about Whitney when asked about her. I watched a few of these videos in Sean's season and don't recall anything different with them other than maybe Cat was more chatty. Whitney did answer some questions.

Chris did great on DWTS. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice to see his mom & Whitney watching.

I just watched the video.
I don't watch DWTS for many reasons.
Every single person in the video appeared absolutely exhausted. No surprise there and understandable. No one appeared they wanted to make small talk with the person doing the interview. They all appeared more than gracious and patient with someone trying to get their xtra ounce of bull. I get that that goes with the gig.
Chris was practically accosted by what appeared to be a compromised person not once, but twice. He appeared more than gracious to me. I couldn't even understand the what that guy was saying to Chris and then the guy came back for seconds.
This was not Whitney's time or place to be right there. The first guy, Alphonso? his date or whoever that person was literally moved away during the his portion as did Whitney, which was right, IMO.
As for Chris' response to the whole thing, this kind of stuff is totally foreign to the average Joe. He agreed to this, however and now until he's eliminated, he is stuck with it. I wouldn't enjoy it. It would be torture. Basically, he has to put up with it. I guess there will be the good and the bad, it's what he signed up to do, an adventure.

Agreed that I saw no signs of trouble. It would have been very fake of them to be overly affectionate late night in the night, after such a physically stressful and anxiety-ridden day. Sean/cat's videos were pretty similar - the only difference is that Sean is more articulate and came off more noticeably smitten when looking at cat, but I think that's just Difference in personality.

I have ZERO issue with her moving away from overzealous homeless guy, I would have done the same. Chris is a very gracious guy but also obviously mindful that cameras are rolling all around him.

I agree that he looked exhausted and worn out from the highs of the day which is certainly understandable
He said some nice things about what he likes about Whitney and I expected nothing less from him. Im glad to see he really learned to tighten up those answers where there are more clear and concise than they have been in the past.

I can't get over how physically different Whitney looks now than on the show. It's something in her face just looks different and I can't quite put my finger - could it be a nose job or better makeup?! I don't know but either way she looks the best I've seen her.

As a couple they make a nice looking pair but again it's weird for a pair "in love". First, he kinda left her to trail him down the hill as he made his way over to the cameras and she's obviously in heels. She had to hurry a bit to catch up to him (Chris, stop, hold her hand down the hill or walk behind her, you dumbo!). It's not like he needed to go over there either because they turn around and head right back to where they came from after. And then he started walking away and would have probably kept going if SHE hadn't to reach for his hand. He better wake up! I want to support these two but he's got to do better. Where's the gentleman from the show. He's tired isnt an excuse for not being chivalrous, IMO

I didn't see anything particularly wrong about that video either. I definitely wouldn't want to be talking to those shady people late at night, so if that was me I'd look way more annoyed than they did.

What did bother me a bit was Chris not offering a hand or anything to help Whitney walk down or up in those heels. I suppose she was left behind because she was talking to his mom and dad, but he clearly wanted her to come with since he stopped, so why not wait until she catches up? Just rude to make a lady run after you in heels.

Whitney looks lovely. I think it's the fake lashes that made her look a bit different.

I think picking a part this particular snapshot is sort of crazy.  This looks like he leaned over and said, "do you want my salad if I get one?" And, someone just snapped a picture.  They look so happy to me.  Must be that people see what they want to see.[/quote]

What was done on a show--is exactly that done for a show. At times they are even told what to do body wise.
What happens after the show is after the show. All we can do is be patient, after all, time will tell.
