Yes, she is attractive, but men are usually drawn to a bit of mystery and she's been an open book the entire time. One that flips its own pages even. If she doesn't get chosen, I really hope she learns to take a step back and let the men she dates find something out for themselves every now and then. I know this is an unusual dating situation, but a man still operates like a man. I don't recommend playing games, just taking a chill pill.

I don't know any men who want women who play games or hold back their needs, wants or desires.  Men are very basic animals.  They may like mysteries in their movies but not in their relationships.  Like my husband told me when we were dating, If you want/need something just tell me because I'm not a mind reader.

My hubby isn't into games either, but I can tell you that had I fallen in love with him before our first conversation he would have freaked out and called me crazy. I think they key is to actually have a back and forth with your partner, both learning and growing with each other. Whitney and Chris may have this, but the edit certainly isn't showing it to us.

The edit is that Whitney knew that she loved Chris from watching him on Andi's season and she seems to have took it upon herself to learn everything she could about him. We just don't see her at any point stopping to reflect if her research is actually true in the man. Maybe she has, but they have not shown that to us.

Either way, Whitney is an overall good person. She isn't a saint, she is just a mostly nice, sometimes cranky person, just like everyone else. I think what some of us pointed out this week, is that Whitney while nice is not perfect, she is human and has had her cranky moments too. Earlier this season each episode was a Whitney is the greatest in discussion. She is good, I just don't personally find her any more mature or any sweeter than any of his F4 to be honest.

Just curious, have you guys speculated on these caps? What do you think this means? I'm leaning towards the emotional journey taking it's toll instead of something actually going bad on C/W final time together. Being that Whitney wants this so bad and being that Whitney's RL story has been so hard, fearing another emotional loss seems plausible to me...rather than something actually happening. Thoughts?

I wasn't talking about playing games, as I said. It's just that, continuing with the book comparison, most people don't pick up a book and read the ending first. They enjoy reading the book, not just knowing the outcome. The outcome is meaningless unless you've read the previous chapters. So if you're all "I love you, let's make make babies" on the first date, you're kind of ruining some of the fun. For most guys, really desperate ones excluded, it will kill their interest. Just something I've learned from my own experiences and others' around me. Not saying Chris isn't interested in Whitney, but how much of it is due to the premise of the show and her being perfect for him on paper, and how much of it is genuine interest? Becca has been slower to figure out and he clearly finds it intriguing.

I will feel bad for Whitney if she is referred to as the default F1….because I do not think she is.

I'd feel bad for any F1 that was referred to as default, that wouldn't be Whitney exclusive.  For the record, I don't care who ends up F1.  I tend to like the girls more than Chris.  I just like the Chris I see with Becca more than the Chris I see with Whitney.  If it's Whitney, then great, I'm happy for her.  If it's Becca, then great, I'm happy for her, as well.  If they all dump him and run off to live happily ever after with someone else, great, I'm happy for them all too (well, would kind of feel a little sad for Chris, but...)   .  I'm just like trying to figure out how all the puzzle pieces fit and some just aren't right now, for me at least.  And since we have nothing to confirm or deny RS' spoilers, why not keep look?

I think the above cap is from the previews where Whitney said the thought had crossed her mind that Chris might not pick her (or something to that effect). So it was just the process starting to get to her I think.

I am aware of the spoilers but I truly believe that Whit is F1 - Chris does obviously like Becca but I think he is in love with Whit. And I think that Becca taking things slow is actually why he picked her to be F2 over Kaitlin... he knew Becca wouldn't be as heartbroken when he sent her home. I do think it is probably hard for Whit to watch because there is obviously a connection with Becca, but they are just at two different places in life right now whereas he and Whit are on the same page (re: marriage and kids).

All that said, I do wish Whit would dial it back a bit - her relentless pursuit of Chris doesn't allow us to see him chasing her at all. And I'm betting he did but it was left on the cutting room floor so that they could show him "chasing" Becca

Even Nikki who had all the indicators that she was F1 - she met Camilla, JP gave her gold earrings on her birthday that his father had made - was shown crying after the LCD. They always show the F1 and F2 with tears in reaction to the uncertainty that it might not be me.

I'm not sure but she is stunning in that crying cap above. Her makeup is on point!

Did she have plastic surgery done?
