I'd expect becca to be quiet on SM This weekend as I'm sure she's at least having lunch with the girls prior to WTA if she's in LA ALso wouldn't Chris have a crap ton of stuff to do today before taping?

So yes, I would think she'd be willing to move again.  

As for her accomplishment, it is a big accomplishment to stay somewhere hundreds of miles from home, friends family and your comfort zone, when your support system or what your used to is no longer there.  Same as moving from home to somewhere else to start a new phase in life.  

Moving to Iowa would not be that different, IMO, as moving to California, in the sense she would have a built in support system...Chris' family and friends, where she had her own in California.  Now, I'm not comparing climates or city size, because that's a whole different boat.

Phew to the bolded! I was having a super hard time swallowing that her move from southern Louisiana coastal area with her sister to a southern California coastal area is anything close to a move from southern California coastal area to middle of nowhere Iowa.

I just see it as one clue among many. Her list is a little longer than Whitney's now, but there's still time to be convinced one way or the other.

Not so much going overboard but of tipping over. I've sat like that on a boat and I grew up on a lake/sailing. If you are uncomfortable with the motion it's just a natural reaction.

I agree, but we see him holding on in almost every pic, why don't we see Whitney holding on in any of them? Of course if she has herself attached to Chris, then yup he would have no choice, it is just odd. Usually when a boat is that unstable and choppy everyone is kind of holding on.

And how do we know that Becca doesn't want to be a wife or mother?  Because she is a mere three years younger than Whitney?  I don't think age has anything to do with when you are ready for love or marriage and most girls who I know who decide to wait until marriage to have sex are ready for marriage a little sooner.

As for the weather, well I am from South Florida originally and have never lived north of Atlanta, but my husband is talking about moving to Washington State for his job and I will go with him, because I love him.  I have no desire to live in the cold, but since I love him I will make due.  Just like I live in an area that I hate now for him.  You can live anywhere if you love anyone enough.

I just don't know that anything is all that definitive this season.  Some are all in on Whitney and see just great interaction with her and Chris.  Some see only great interaction with Becca and are all in on them.  I like them both, so either one of them winning won't surprise me.  Nothing is all that convincing towards either one of them.

At the end of the day, I just want them to be happy and since they both seem to be happy it is a great season for me.

I totally agree about it being a great season and let's have everyone happy. I created the list with focus on his remaining 6 not just Becca. I have no idea whether Becca wants to be a wife and mother. I would assume that she does. And I was not implying that Becca wanted to be a model or actress. I have no idea of her career intentions.

But, re: leaving California, here's how Becca responded to this question:

What is your greatest achievement to date?
Staying and living alone in California when my sister and brother-in-law went back home to Louisiana.

Think about it ... Becca's greatest achievement is staying and living alone in California. You can't do that in Iowa.

As to your pending move... well, you're talking about a move with your husband to Washington State. I am questioning whether Becca would make a move to a drastically different environment for a guy she met on the Bachelor while he was dating a whole gaggle of other women. Huge difference ... at least I sure hope it is. And, if you are moving anywhere close to Seattle, lucky you!

Actually your post was that Whitney was the only one of the F6 to not want to be a model or actress, and I was simply pointing out that we have no evidence of Becca trying to be either and she is very geographically close to it to be able to try either.

And I moved back to an area that I left after seven months because I hated it with a passion for my husband who at the time I had been officially dating for one month. Now yes, I had known him for a year and a half, but we only had gotten together officially for one month. He actually resisted dating me for over a year because he didn't believe that I would really move back to this area that I hated so very, very much.

As someone else pointed out Becca told his sisters that when you love someone you would move anywhere.

I think the point of her achievement that she stayed in CA is that it would be hard to stay on her own but she did. For someone from a smaller area that could be hard and it was awesome for her to do that.

I think Becca was honest with Chris's sisters, if she loves Chris she will move for him.

I have found Becca to be very sincere this season, so I don't doubt her words that if at the end she loves Chris she would move for him. Also Chris himself has said that he is considering splitting his time so that to me leaves it open for either Whitney or Becca.

I just don't think we have definitive proof of either of the F2 being the F1. Both are wonderful women and he will be lucky to have either of them, heck I think he would be lucky to have Kaitlyn too. So good for Chris that he managed to pick a great F3 even though he kept a lot of crazy this season, though most assume that was because of TPTB.

I do notice that when he does something nice with Whitney it is totally his choice, but if it is with anyone else, then it is put off as being TPTB choice. I think he has shown a preference for both Becca and Whitney and it was also really sweet how much he wanted to reassure Kaitlyn on epi 7, so seriously, it could go anyway and it would be a great season.

I truly believe all three of the F3 are perfectly okay with how this season turned out and we haven't seen that in a long time if ever. Seriously, Nick was still hung up on Andi until AFTR (and I was an am a huge Nick fan), Clare was so not please with JPG and we know Andi didn't like him at all, Brooks looked miserable the whole time Des's season, AshLee was still attacking Sean at the WTA, poor Arie looked sad the whole season, Ben's F3 was so sad, Ben was miserable and angry all of Ashley's season. Maybe it was Brad's season since we last saw the F3 seem so good. That is a while.

I just posted this on the Chris & WHitney fan thread. I am not as concerned with SM because that's a marketing, self promotion tool. What I am focusing on is how these two work onscreen and off screen. I would say Whitney is the ONLY one in Chris' top 6 (or higher) who I see  ...

-Moving to Iowa and truly understands what it means to live in Midwest and handle the weather (brrrrr!)

-Not just on show for the experience or to further a career as performer/model/actress

-Is actually in a place in her life where she wants to settle down and have kids

-Has been in serious relationship before so has something to compare what she feels for Chris vs. just falling in Bach Bubble love

-Lives in the same city (Chicago) as his beloved sisters so it's a place he knows and loves

-Is a strong woman who leads in the relationship. He's got THREE sisters and a strong mother so I am sure they bossed him around and he was only to happy to let them and then escape to what he knows/loves best: farming and football (see more below)

-Is take charge/spontaneous so can create her own fun living in Iowa

Plus, Chris just walks around beaming pride & adoration about every little thing she does. I know that Becca fans are so focused on him doing the chasing. Well, he needs to because she sure was not and ABC is pressuring him put on a show. But Chris LIKES strong women, grew up with strong women. From his ep 4 blog ...

Like I said before, this all makes sense and is logical, IF Chris has stronger feelings for Whitney, or at least equally strong. However, if he falls for Becca, then none of that matters. Or shouldn't matter anyway. He'd always be wondering if he gave up something great, if he picked Whitney based on convenience. That's why I can't take those as hints. He himself said he knows what he's looking for once he finds it. It may be Whitney, but I can see it being Becca just as well. She's also strong and witty and social. In that picnic scene it seemed like she was the older person, not Chris. Becca calling it her greatest achievement to stay in California alone doesn't mean that's where she wants to stay for life. Even if she moved it wouldn't make it any less of an achievement that she was brave enough to make a new life for herself far away from her family. I'm sure it made her more independent and strong. And I must correct you on one thing. She and Samantha didn't know each other before the show. They learned while in the house that they have common friends like Danny Hoyt from AfterBuzz TV, so they grew close while there.

Anyway, we haven't heard her talk to Chris about possibly moving to Arlington yet, so I wouldn't be too quick to jump to conclusions. She strikes me as someone who will do anything for love once she is in love, so we'll see. I guess we'll have more info in a couple of days.

Lindsay Cox hung out as well and I think they are not to be photographed but booze and an iphone among friends seems to produce pictures whether the rules forbid or not

Didn't Jef hang out with the guys after MTA? I thought we got pics of him with Michael Nance from that night later.

Agreed it is more common to see the F2 hanging out with the girls after WTA. I am not sure it means as much this time, since Whitney said she was going on a girls trip to DR and should be there now. So it could be that is the reason that if she is F2 or F1 she wouldn't be there.

Have we had another F1 that lived in CA close to LA so that they could be at the MTA or WTA easily? Just curious. Probably this discussion might be better for a general thread either way since we are going way off a Whitney alone topic. What do you think mods?
