I thought the 3 hour deal was way too long. We did not need that first hour, IMOAA.

I didn't like how they split the greeting. Made it drag on.

I was just watching my local news and saw that Kara Wilson (the soccer coach from KY) held a viewing part tonight for charity at a local restaurant here in my town.

I like Whitney, Becca, Britt and Carly so far.

So who didn't make the cut?

I guess I am in the minority not minding Britt.
I could see Whitney and Chris together. She seems very sweet, real, down to earth.
Not feeling it with Kaitlyn. She reminds me of the Bach Canada girl who was always having breakdowns.
And the one who comes back after the RC reminds me of the one from Bach Canada who left and came back.
he gave a rose to Onion Girl?? Yikes!
Carly seems to make it pretty far, so does Kelsey.

I don't mind her. Don't get me wrong, I definitely think she's playing it up a bit, but maybe because she's such a good actress it doesn't really annoy me? I'm also in complete agreement that Whitney and Chris seem to be a solid match. Her voice is pretty crazy, but definitely comes across very genuine about Chris.

Anyway, loving Britt, Whitney and Becca so far.  Not so loving Kaitlyn, and Kelsey seems nice, but just not feeling her a lot either.  Can't putmy finger on it.  And no, I don't like those 3 just b/c they are in the F4.  They seem sweet.

Sorry, but those aren't the F3/F4 ...so, you still aren't totally spoiled.

Does Carly make out with Chris? That would be mega strange for some reason.

I don't know. But definitely into a few episodes.

I must admit that Chris is not my cup of tea. He doesn't seem like a bad guy, just a boring-ish/Vanilla guy, imo. Just a regular Joe looking for love. You are correct, he never would have. Not up to snuff that is for sure! Ahhh... if only this was a modern day Darcy-ville. The whole "The Bachelor" franchise is more suited for a Wickham type :/ Tried my best to give some positive spin on Chris as TB since I came into this season biased. Hoping Whitney grows on me (I feel bad that her voice is a bit distracting for me...). So far, no real stand-outs for me. Rather lackluster, imo. Nothing 'wow!' I am actually glad that most of the sleuthing took place prior to these episodes airing (thankful for that mural aka writing-on-the-wall) because there was not much that caught my attention in the first episode other than Chris not-so-subtly plugging Britt for Bachelorette. And now I am missing those 1-hour episodes of BachCan, haha. It certainly dragged on and it felt like nothing really happened... It can only get better from here, right? (Hope so).

I actually really liked Chris, I think he came across very sincere and I really liked the first speech he made to the first 15 sounded much less scripted unlike most first speeches made by the lead. My top girls (I had to look them up on ABC's website because I can't remember all their names):

1. Whitney - I really liked her. Even though she was a little too much "I came here for you, crossing X's off the calendar etc" I think she was just excited. She seemed very sincere. I kept thinking that her energy would be a good balance to Chris' more calm/quiet/earnest demeanour, I also thought that she reminded me a lot of his sister's and mom in terms of energy and think she would fit in well

2. Carly - I really liked her intro, it was cheesy but I think she did it in a really cute way, plus she sounded pretty good considering that it was like a handheld child's playtoy. Overall I thought she seemed down to earth and very cute

3. Kaitlyn - She will make for a good season, I think she will be like Zak, she will come across very likeable and will be the break from the rest of the girls. She is crazy but knows it and embraces it, I really think what you see with her is what you get

4. Becca - Seems very down to earth, very normal, conservative, I don't really think she showed us a lot of personality. I think that she might be a little fish out of water with some of these girls, just because she seems very green

5. Jade - Yes I actually liked her, I thought her story about driving to the parking lot in LA and then going home and crying was very cute, if I didn't know about her past I would think she seemed very genuine, but.......

And then there is Britt.....OK I actually liked her intro the best, I thought we got the best reaction out of Chris with her (I thought he seemed pretty giddy with Whit too). I liked their initial talk and thought I really like this girl, but the more she was on my screen the more fake she seemed and she seemed to just kept acting, and then in the preview with her meltdown ughhh.

In couple of the previews (and in the show tonight) I noticed Britt and Whit sitting near each other (and sometimes Becca too) I am wondering if they were close, I am going to keep an eye out through out the episodes. Because if they were it might explain that she didn't feel it and wanted to bow out so her friend who really liked Chris could build more of a relationship with him in the end. Overall if I were to pick night one it would be Whit, she seems sincere, sweet but also very bubbly and energetic. I think from the little I have seen would be a very good balance to his demeanour similar to a Ashley/JP balance. He seemed very giddy when he met her and I really think her playful personality would do well with his family.
