I am a JP lover too but I think it could be Ryan as well. I am getting this vibe like I did with Chantal (whom I loved because I got to see her emotions, both good and bad). I don't know if it's just me, but it seems that JP being heartbroken in the past is becoming prominent in the storyline and it certainly appears that Ashley is insecure. Also, in one of the previews I thought I heard Ryan say something about finding love in the waters of Fiji...Was I hearing things? and if he did say that, that doesn't sound like he was just there for just a conversation. I don't know....shew

I do not believe Ryan plays a major role in the FRC, it is just another opportunity to showcase Ryan for the next bachelor. To bring Ryan back and have Ashley who was so sure of her feelings for him, suddenly change her mind about sending him home just makes no sense. What would have changed to make her see him different, the distance, the time he has been gone, I just don't see Ashley as being that indecisive. Also, she did not even feel strongly enough about him to give meeting his parents a chance for their relationship to take a more positive step. His coming back is just a distraction and will be played out that way. At this point I believe Ashley has made up her mind about who she sees herself with long term, and it is not Ryan.jmo

Honestly, the whole scenario is almost too ridiculous to even imagine. Is the assumption (if it's Ryan at FRC instead of JP) that Ash told Ryan, after he showed up during FDs to come back for the FRC and she'd let him know if she was actually, secretly in love with him or not, then sent JP home on their LCD, and then, Ryan came to FRC and she told him, "sorry, but I was right the first time, it ain't you"? Seriously, for the people who think somehow this sc is Ryan, what do you imagine played out to get us to that point? I'm really curious.

I agree it looks to be JP at the FRC, jaw and all. I also agree that given what we have been shown of Ryan and Ash, there is no chemistry, he was sent home on his one on one. I cannot buy that he influences Ash's decision one bit. But if she feels sorry for him and let's him stick around to plead his case. Maybe just maybe, JP/Ben question her sanity and that affects JP and or Ben who could says I've had enough of the s**t! Do I think think Ryan is at the FRC? 95% convinced that he is not! But stranger things could happen. JMO

It's not that I think Ashley chooses or even wants Ryan. Something is just bothering me with the JP edit. I see the JP lovestory but I smell something rotten in the finale. Maybe all the spoilers are right. Maybe JP leaves early therefore making Ben F1 but he comes back. At this point I am getting dizzy from hopping from the JP train to the Ben train back to the JP train.

IF and I mean IF it turns out that Ben is F1 and Ryan is at the FRC... this season will go down in history as the lamest edit and storyline in the history of the franchise and will and will put a few nails in it's coffin. Ben isn't just hidden, he's not even the radar of the average viewing public due to his lack of facetime on the show and basically no real chemistry between them. If he's F1, it would be there obviously but if its not being included in the edit, the ending will go over like a lead ballon for the majority. From what I've seen this season the only people that were noteworthy, good or bad, were Bentley, JP and Ryan ... with the rest only having minor roles. I personally couldn't care less who she picks, totally her perogative as to which guy floats her boat, but as a viewer I at least expect to watch a decently edited story where I feel like I got something out of the few months I invested into it.

Yes, strange things have happen but I just can't imagine that Ryan would have accepted to go as F2 after the way it ended up with Ashley... she did not want to meet his family and go any further with him...and frankly after that, I don't this his family would have wanted Ryan to go as far as proposing...! Yes, he comes back as a "visistor" to get "closure" and last but not least, for his upcoming Bach gig but that's it...And I would like to add, I'm no JP supporter and no Ben supporter, what's up with that? I appreciate both guys very much, each in their own way, I and respect how they are. For me, the fun is into finding out who's F1 before the end, to sleuth SC, and I simply enjoy discussing it with posters. JMO

IMO, this season is like no other. TPTB is actually showing us Ashley and JP's love story, the good (chemistry,communication,romance,honesty),the bad( insecurity,jealousy, doubts) and the ugly(Bentley drama). According to Ashley ..."it is a truthful and honest love story .

For me the thing that stands out as a possible clue to JP being the f2 is him walking away from Ashley. I don't believe for a minute that he's walking past her to go on her right. They have a mark and are put on it after the greeting. I could see him being upset and shocked after she rejects him and walking off. I know that SCs can be deceptive but if you watch the actual video, Ashley looks miserable the whole time she's with GSG/JP.

IA nobody is going to buy that Ash has any interest in Ryan. Northern it will/has been a lame editing job this season. Ryan's return smacks of TPTB induced drama. What if Ash is seen on the show to be kind to Ryan in letting him down but, he still doesn't get it and retains "a glimmer of hope". I certainly hope he does not feature in the FRC.

Wouldn't it be possible for there to be three guys at the FRC? Guy walking away looks very tall to me. Couldn't that be Ryan? Also it's still very early in the day in GWA pictures. It could even be before DSK with hands in pockets--or very shortly after. None of the pictures we have that have shown shadows look anywhere near sunset time. I don't know, I just keep thinking maybe there are 3 guys involved in the FRC pictures.

The clouds are the same for the guy walking past where they're filming and Ashley starting to go after him but they seem to have blurred the sky in the shots with GSG. I don't think it is too obvious yet because I don't believe the average viewer saw anything of his neck/profile so wouldn't have a clue who's walking away. I know I can't see it or the guy in the shot walking away on my tv. Maybe you need a wide screen feed or something. Where they'll do their editing to play us is in the previews where we know the guys so they can show them with Ashley at the FRC. It's usual to show the lead looking happy with the f2 and upset with the f1. That's when we'll have a better idea what's what as long as Fleiss doesn't mess with us which is always possible. :Nod:
