IA Sophie, too many buildings near the shore, where as there appears to be nothing around the FRC are in the cap.

I think you're on to something Sophie! It also looks to have enough greenspace, as we see the girls walking through the trees. Nothing to rule it out. IMO the FRC is on a boardwalk of some sort, and not some temporary stage. There would be no reason for the matching benches if it was a staged set. JMO.

Between the matching land, and that this location is on The Bachelor Canada facebook page, it all seems to add up once we add in Sophinette's technical excellence. Sometimes 2 plus 2 is just 4.

AAL, I also see your logic with the FRC being at the Pearl, but maybe at the very end of that dock, rather than where you've circled. If the dock goes far enough out, it could account for there being no bungalows in the background maybe.

Gosh how did you find that! Awesome job Sopie! haha. I was sleuthing all over PPT/Hilton area since I thought that statue was from there and because of the sunset date which I speculated is PPT/Hilton area. Hmmm.. would be interesting if the similar location as the FRC but I am not sure...

For FRC
- There definitely looks like there is a jetty/wall to the right of Trish in that FRC SC? and no clear view from that side only from the left side (behind Tim)? Zoomed in the right side of Trish for the wall/jetty/thing...

- PPT/Hilton areas seems to be where the statue is but I'm not sure yet if the statue pic is connected to FRC. PPT/Hilton areas I sleuthed was possibly where the sunset date was. And this pic of the statue was posted by BachCan before part 1 of finale and we had those SCs of April and Tim near PPT (same location as statues) so maybe connecting those two? Could be connecting to FRC as well for sure though.
- The most recent pic by BachCan is this one (60 min ago on their IG) It is the Pearl resort in sunset.

so if i look at the sun.. it goes down on the left
if I look at trish and tim at the FRC, i see clearly the sun down on the left too...

Still looking for the benches... driving me crazy

Can someone reverse Tim and Trish FRC pict to see if it makes sense.

Now that it's flipped I don't see the final rose. I was looking for it in the original s/cap.
